Виокремлено напрями удосконалення розвитку сфери докладання праці із врахуванням вимог
інноваційного розвитку, визначено методи підвищення якості та конкурентоспроможності населення на
ринку праці. The article deals with the nature and characteristics of the population in employment conditions of the
innovation economy. Characterized mechanisms of regulation of the labor market. Author determined directions
of improvement of the scope of application of labor with regard to the requirements of innovative development,
identified methods for improving the quality and competitiveness of the population in the labor market.
