    Теоретично обґрунтовано вплив зміни конструктивних параметрів на продуктивність удосконаленої скреперної установки. Визначені раціональні параметри скрепера при яких продуктивність набуває максимального значення. The purpose of research. The influence of the slope angle, opening angle of scrapers and scraper speed for productivity of the improved scraper plant for manure cleaning. Theoretically, substantiates the effect of changing design parameters on the productivity of the improved scraper plants. Were held experimental studies of improved scraper plant. The results are processed by the method of Box-Benkin. Rational parameters of scraper with the maximum value of output are determined. Conclusions. It was found that the performance of manure has a maximum value of 3 tons per hour in determining scraper opening angle is 70°; scraper scratchers slope angle is 30° and speed of the scraper is 0.18 meters per second.

    В даній статті розглянуті недоліки існуючих скреперних установок для видалення гною. Розроблений скреперно-роликовий пристрій для прибирання гною в якому на краях скребків закріплено по ролику, які будуть не ковзати, а перекочуватись по стінці гнойового каналу, що забезпечить зменшення енерговитрат при прибиранні гною. В результаті проведення експериментальних досліджень та обробки їх результатів побудовані поверхні відгуків і їх двомірні перетини та визначені значення факторів, при яких споживана потужність приймає мінімальне значення. The article is devoted to the problem of reducing energy consumption for manure in the Loose boxed hold cattle through improved design scrapers installation. An patent information retrieval, analyzed scientific works and other sources of information concerning the process of manure scraper settings. Considered shortcomings of existing installations winches to remove manure. Based on the results of research and systems analysis presents recommendations for designing the scraper unit. Designed scraper roller device in which manure scrapers on the edges in video fix that will not slide, and rolled on the wall manure channel that will reduce energy consumption in the manure. As a result of experimental research and processing of results built surface of reviews and their two-dimensional section and identified the factors mentioned in which power consumption takes a minimum value.

    Науково-методологічні підходи до визначення собівартості виробництва та економічної ефективності продукції біоенергетичної утилізації гною

    В статті наведено результати наукових досліджень пошуку методичних підходів до визначення собівартості та оцінки економічної ефективності виробництва біогазу і біодобрив. Розроблено модель раціонального використання органічних відходів (гною) у тваринництві на основі комплексної його переробки та виробництва електроенергії, тепла, газоподібного палива, органічних біодобрив. Визначено економічну ефективність та окупність біогазової установки за двома методиками. In the article results over of scientific researches of search of the methodical going are brought near determination of prime price and estimation of economic efficiency of production of biogas and biofertilizers. The model of rational utilization of organic wastes (manure) is worked out in a stock-raising on the basis of his complex processing and production of electric power, heat, gaseous fuel, organic biofertilizers. Economic efficiency and recoupment of the biogas setting is certain after two methods.

    Вплив традиційної і біоенергетичної технології використання гною на економічну ефективність виробництва м’яса великої рогатої худоби

    В статті наведено результати досліджень оцінки впливу традиційної та біоенергетичної технології використання гною в сільському господарстві на економічну ефективність виробництва м’яса великої рогатої худоби. На основі системного підходу визначено економічний ефект та доведено перевагу комплексної технології біоенергетичної утилізації гною порівняно із традиційним його використанням в якості органічного добрива. Запропоновано пропозиції щодо внесення змін в методику бухгалтерському обліку та калькулювання витрат на побічну продукцію (гній). In the article results over of researches of estimation of influence of traditional and bio-power technology of the use of manure are brought in agriculture on economic efficiency of production of meat of cattle. On the basis of approach of the systems an economic effect is certain and advantage of complex technology of bio-power utilization of manure is well-proven by comparison to his traditional use as an organic fertilizer. Offered suggestion in relation to making alteration in methodology of record-keeping and calculation of charges on side products (manure).
