В.; Kovalenko, N.; Stoliarchuk, N.У статті досліджено напрямки застосування бізнес-плану як інтегративної системи показників фінансово-економічного аналізу з метою антикризового управління на підприємствах цивільної авіації України. Надано практичні рекомендацій щодо використання бізнес-планування, як елементу цільового антикризового управління авіакомпанією, та деталізації фінансово-економічних показників, спрямованих на виявлення, недопущення та ліквідацію кризових явищ, шляхом реалізації на стратегічному, тактичному та оперативному рівнях управління. The paper is devoted to the research exploring ways to apply elements of financial and economic indicators and business planning as a mechanism of crisis management, a well as the development of practical recommendations for improving the management of commercial activities of airlines in Ukraine in the modern market. Intercontinental integration of civil aviation entities and the transition to market conditions of operation regulate the new conditions of airlines. Most Ukrainian airlines are forced to operate in the absence of funds, an outdated fleet of aircraft, imperfect control, which consequently leads to the loss of the ability of airlines to operate effectively, being in a state of crisis. The article discusses and defines the methods of applying economic analysis and business planning as the main elements for assessing the financial and economic state of Ukrainian airlines in terms of crisis management. Practical recommendations are given on how to increase the effectiveness of the anti-crisis business management of commercial airlines in Ukraine in the context of European integration.Item type:Item, Правові засади процедури ліквідації підприємств та наявні проблеми(КНТУ, 2012) Пасічник, М. Було досліджено поняття «ліквідація» як процедура банкрутства, що застосовується до неплатоспроможного боржника, якого суд визнав банкрутом; звільнення банкрута від боргів і припинення його діяльності. The article reveals liquidation procedure in modern terms, because in business sometimes it is necessary to stop the enterprise. It explores the «liquidation» bankruptcy as applicable to the insolvent debtor, whose bankruptcy court found, release the bankrupt from debts and cease its activities.Item type:Item, Розробка алгоритму визначення кризового стану автотранспортного підприємства(КНТУ, 2011) Бочарова, Н. А.; Верьовка, Р. С.; Bocharova, N.; Verevka, R.В статті проаналізовано існуючі коефіцієнти вияву кризи на автотранспортному підприємстві. Виведено модель, яка допомагає розпізнати, на якій стадії кризи перебуває підприємство: стійка фінансова стійкість, поява фінансової нестійкості, сильна фінансова нестійкість. Запропоновано заходи, що необхідно застосовувати на кожної стадії кризи: підтримка фінансового стану, санація АТП, реорганізація підприємства. The article analyses current factors of the crisis development in the motor transport enterprise. Displaying a model that helps to identify at what stage of the crisis the firm is: sustained financial stability, emergence of financial instability, severe financial instability. Some measures that should be applied at each stage of the crisis are posed: supporting financial condition, sanitation of the motor transport enterprise, reorganization of the enterprise.
