Показано, що спосіб РОД забезпечує необхідну точність виготовлення деталей машинобудування. Показано вплив основних технологічних характеристик процесу РОД та матеріалу електродів-інструментів на точність виготовлення деталей машинобудування. Investigation of possibilities of the method of dimensional processing of an electric arc to obtain the mechanical parts of the complex form of difficult materials with the necessary requirements of accuracy. Describes the research of different factors on the accuracy of machining. It is shown that the accuracy of manufacturing of details influenced by factors such as: the accuracy of the equipment; thermal deformations of the electrode and the detail; the inaccuracy of the mutual location of the electrode and the detail; the processes related to erosion. When designing the electrode-tool, you need to take into account its depreciation during the manufacture of detail and interelectrode gap between the electrode-tool and a detail. It is shown the influence of main technological characteristics of the process of depreciation of the electrode-tool, and interelectrode gap between the electrode-tool and a detail. Accuracy of processing in the conditions dimensional processing electric arc varies in the range of 0.02...0,2mm, which corresponds to the usual precision instrumental works, so it can effectively be used in the manufacture of complex components of difficult materials.Item type:Item, Розмірна обробка електричною дугою багатошарових листових деталей(КНТУ, 2010) Носуленко, В. С.; Nosulenko, V.; Shmelyov, V.; Chumachenko, O.Виконано експериментальні дослідження технологічних характеристик процесу розмірної обробки електричною дугою, зокрема продуктивності, шорсткості і зносу інструменту, при виготовленні спряжених пар деталей штампів суміщеної дії, а саме, матриць, пуансонів, виштовхувачів, тримачів, проміжних електродів. Отримано математичні моделі зазначених технологічних характеристик і побудовано графіки, що надає можливість подальшої розробки конкретних технологічних процесів виготовлення таких штампів. Experimental researches of technological descriptions of process of size treatment by voltaic arc are executed, in particular the productivity, roughness and wear of instrument, at making of the attended pair of details of stamps of the combined action, namely, matrices, puncheons, holders, intermediate electrodes.
