В.; Kalinin, O.В статті досліджено теоретичні аспекти процесів аутсорсингу на диверсифікованих промислових виробництвах з точки зору ефективності їх інвестиційного маркетингу. Запропоновано алгоритм визначення доцільності передачі функцій на аутсорсинг диверсифікованого промислового холдингу. В роботі надано опис ефективності матричного аналізу аутсорсингу для диверсифікованого промислового холдингу. Також розкрито критерії для вибору постачальників послуг з аутсорсингу для промислових підприємств. The article highlights the theoretical aspects of the relevance of the study of outsourcing processes in diversified industrial enterprises in terms of the of their investment marketing effectiveness. The analysis of relevant scientific publications in this area of research was carried out and areas requiring further processing were identified. The article provides classification features and types of outsourcing that cab be characteristics of a particular criterion. In the research process, the following general scientific methods were used: analysis and synthesis, grouping and systematization of identifying the essence of outsourcing, its structure, the principles of its formation, control of this process; induction and deduction - to summarize the theoretical aspects of the outsourcing structure formation and investment marketing; statistical and economic - to assess the investment attractiveness of a diversified enterprise. An algorithm is proposed for determining the feasibility of transferring functions to outsourcing a diversified industrial holding.Item type:Item, Детермінанти активізації інноваційної діяльності в Україні(ЦНТУ, 2019) Фролов, Д. К.; Frolov, D.У статті здійснена оцінка показників, що характеризують стан та динаміку інноваційної діяльності на усіх етапах інноваційного процесу, визначені найвпливовіші фактори впливу на результативність інноваційної діяльності та підвищення ефективності управління цим процесом. На підставі побудованої економетричної моделі обґрунтовані основні детермінанти активізації інноваційного розвитку, сформульовані першочергові завдання щодо вдосконалення менеджменту в інноваційній сфері. The purpose of the article is to assess the factors that characterize innovative development, and the detection of the determinants of influence on the effectiveness of innovation activities in Ukraine. The article critically assesses the indicators that characterize the state and dynamics of innovation at all stages of the innovation process. The relative indicators of the state of the innovation sphere of the country presented in the latest statistical compendium form only a general idea of the state of innovation in sectors of the economy. However, they do not characterize the state of development of each stage of the innovation process and its effectiveness, they are not suitable for monitoring and regulating the innovation activity of the stages of the innovation cycle, and are not comparable with international indicators. The article identifies the most important factors influencing on effectiveness of innovation, the activation of the innovation process and improving the management of this process. Based on the constructed econometric model, it is substantiated and proved that the main determinant of the activation of innovative development is the amount of expenditures for financing each stage of the innovation cycle. Taking into account the lack of domestic financial resources for innovative development, the necessity of attracting external sources of financing to this area and increasing their share in the total amount of expenditures on innovative activities is justified.Item type:Item, Кредитування суб’єктів господарювання в аграрному секторі(КНТУ, 2016) Ляшенко, О. Вказуються основні недоліки кредитних відносин між банківським інститутами та суб’єктами діяльності в аграрному секторі. Звертається увага на кредитну монополію кредитних банків. Оцінюється доступність кредитів у розрізі суб’єктів господарювання аграрного сектора. Досліджуються й аналізуються чинники, котрі унеможливлюють доступ домогосподарств, дрібних сільськогосподарських підприємств до банківських кредитів. Обґрунтовується потреба проведення конкретних організаційних заходів, які би дозволили отримати доступ до кредитних ресурсів. М.; Немченко, Т.Аналізуючи стан, проблеми малого бізнесу в Україні слід зазначити, що він не набув вирішального впливу на стан національної економіки, не має належної державної підтримки. Суб'єкти малого підприємництва відчувають нестачу фінансових ресурсів для розвитку свого бізнесу. Самофінансування здебільшого залишається єдиним джерелом існування малих підприємств. Сучасний процес розвитку малого бізнесу в Україні відбувається за умов різкого обмеження фінансових ресурсів державного та місцевих бюджетів, відсутності дієвої системи фінансування, кредитування, страхування. Вирішення цих та інших проблем, пов'язаних з розширенням сфери малого та середнього бізнесу, допоможуть збільшити ділову активність населення області та його реальні доходи, зменшити рівень безробіття, збільшити обсяги надходжень від суб'єктів підприємництва до бюджетів, позитивно вплине на динаміку економічного зростання.Item type:Item, Факторинг : сутність та особливості в Україні(КНТУ, 2012) Міокова, Г. The aim of research is to determine the major investment aspects of corporatization space industry of Ukraine in the modern conditions. To achieve this goal required: to defined basic directions of investment orientation process of corporatization entities in this sphere; to find out tasks and requirements for the process of corporatization space industry enterprises in Ukraine; to analyzed the world experience about process of corporatization of astronautics enterprises; to describing the state regulation mechanism of corporatization process in Ukraine space industry enterprises; to determined perspective projects in which the Ukrainian space company participated as objects integrated structures; to allocated main threats and ways of economic development of the space industry of Ukraine. The methodological basis of research is a systematic approach to disclosure of investment business aspects of corporatization space. Scientific methods research is a dialectical method, specific research methods used in the work, including the method of generalization and abstraction, deductive; analysis and synthesis; analogies; statistical and trend methods. Therefore, effective corporatization process space industry depends on the successful combination of effective public policy to promote investment attractiveness of proportional space and attract extra-budgetary funds. It will create favorable conditions for the development of space technologies, to form an internal space services market and increase export potential. The scientific novelty of the research is to identify promising projects for the Ukrainian space enterprises in which they participate as objects integrated structures.
