П.; Shynkar, D.Метою статті є дослідження особливостей врахування важелів державної фінансової підтримки сільськогосподарських товаровиробників при розробці та впровадженні стратегії їх розвитку, в тому числі при використанні методу SWOT-аналізу. Обґрунтовано, що державна фінансова підтримка є важливим елементом стратегічного розвитку та стратегічного менеджменту сільськогосподарських підприємств, що вимагає її індивідуального розгляду при побудові стратегій їх розвитку. Індивідуальність підходу зумовлена, в першу чергу, тим, чи визнається процес використання державної фінансової допомоги як самостійний напрям розвитку, а, відповідно, як самостійний вид стратегії. Доведено, що самостійний вид стратегії є логічним та доцільним при неавтоматичній державній допомозі, яка передбачає прийняття рішення щодо користування нею, але самостійність стратегії використання державної фінансової допомоги обмежена тим, що, в будь-якому випадку, вона є адаптаційною і виступає інструментом реалізації генеральних конкурентних стратегій підприємства. Обґрунтовано, що відсутня чіткість у розумінні місця державної фінансової допомоги в системі чинників зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища, що не дає раціонально використовувати її можливості. Визначено, що необхідним є врахування синергетичного ефекту на інші ключові показники розвитку підприємства, адже обмежуючи внутрішнє та зовнішнє середовище лише факторами, які безпосередньо стосуються державної фінансової підтримки, побудувати ефективну стратегію неможливо. The purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of taking into account the levers of state financial support of agricultural producers in the elaboration and implementation of their development strategy, including while using the SWOT analysis method. It has been substantiated that state financial support is an important element of strategic development and strategic management of agricultural enterprises, which requires its individual consideration when building their development strategies. The individuality of the approach is determined, first of all, by whether the process of using state financial assistance is recognized as an independent direction of development, and accordingly as an independent type of strategy. It has been proven that an independent type of strategy is logical and expedient in the case of non-automatic state support, which involves making a decision on its use, but the independence of the strategy of state financial support using is limited by the fact that, in any case, it is an adaptation tool and a tool for implementing general competitive strategies of the enterprise.Item type:Item, Сучасні тенденції міжнародної економічної діяльності України(ЦНТУ, 2021) Романюк, Л. М.; Romaniuk, L.Стаття присвячена аналізу сучасних тенденцій міжнародної економічної діяльності України. Визначено основні країни-партнери в експортній та імпортній діяльності України у 2020 році. Виявлено тенденції міжнародної економічної діяльності України у 2020 році порівняно з 2019 та 2013 роками. Здійснено SWOT - аналіз: виявлено сильні, слабкі сторони, можливості та загрози, напрями подолання слабких сторін та загроз з використанням можливостей та сильних сторін. Зазначено проблеми, які необхідно вирішити для підвищення ефективності міжнародної економічної діяльності України. International economic activity occupies a special place in a complex system of the global economic relations. It reflects the mutual economic dependence of trade and economic activities of different countries of the world. The significance of the development of international economic performance of each country is growing. The purpose of the article is to determine the current state and trends of international economic performance of Ukraine, taking into account changes in the external environment. SWOT-analysis was introduced to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and ways to overcome weaknesses, solve problems in international economic activity, use strengths and opportunities. International economic activity is a powerful factor in the development of the country's economy and has a significant potential in regard of natural, economic and human resources, but the study has also revealed problems and negative trends. To identify trends in the effectiveness of the country's international economic activity, export-import performance indicators for 2019, 2020 and similar indicators for 2013 were analyzed. In 2020 a decline in exports in the machine-building industry is observed. Furthermore, the exports are dominated by the raw material component. The growth rate of exported goods refers to industries with a small share of value added. At the same time, imports are dominated by high-tech products, indicating a lack of strategy of technical and technological development, which leads to the deindustrialization of the country, which is a significant threat to the economy of Ukraine as a whole and its international economic activity. In the context of economic globalization, the importance of international economic relations is growing. To increase the efficiency of international economic performance it is crucial to address a number of domestic issues: stabilization of political situation, termination of military actions in the east of the country, overcoming corruption, ensuring technical and technological development, implementation of innovations at enterprises, development and implementation of multi-vector strategy, implementation of the strategy of public diplomacy in order to build a positive image of Ukraine. Further research will focus on assessing the effectiveness of international economic activity, identifying threats to national competitiveness and elaborating recommendations for overcoming them.Item type:Item, Перспективи формування інноваційно-інтегрованих структур в економіці регіону(ЦНТУ, 2018) Сторожук, О. В.; Storozhuk, О.; Zaiarniuk, О.У статті розглянуто та удосконалено теоретичні засади перспективних напрямів формування інноваційно-інтегрованих структур у регіоні шляхом проведення SWOT-аналізу. Здійснено аналіз сильних сторін та загроз формуванню інноваційно-інтегрованих структур в агропромисловому комплексі Кіровоградської області. Отримало подальший розвиток обґрунтування складу учасників інноваційно-інтегрованих структур регіону. Виявлено та досліджено передумови, потрібні для забезпечення стійкого функціонування інноваційно-інтегрованих структур агропромислового комплексу Кіровоградської області. В статье рассмотрены и усовершенствованы теоретические основы перспективных направлений формирования инновационно-интегрированных структур в регионе путем проведения SWOT-анализа. Осуществлен анализ сильных сторон и угроз формированию инновационно-интегрированных структур в агропромышленном комплексе Кировоградской области. Получило дальнейшее развитие обоснование состава участников инновационно-интегрированных структур региона. Обнаружены и исследованы предпосылки, необходимые для обеспечения устойчивого функционирования инновационных интегрированных структур агропромышленного комплекса Кировоградской области. The paper presents the results of research of regions companies’ integration preconditions in the regional agro-industrial cluster. It is shown that regional cluster act as a key tool for the development of regional economies. SWOT-analysis was carried out and revealed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to create regional agro-industrial cluster. Results of the SWOT-analysis have allowed defining strategic directions of clusterization of the rural area providing progress of territory through cooperation, integration on the basis of the scientifically-methodical approach. There are some weaknesses of creation of innovation-integrated structures. First of all are deficit of financial resources and high cost of credits. Other weakness is lack of cooperative ties between enterprises, higher education, public organizations. Participants of a regional agro-industrial cluster are justified. Prerequisites necessary to ensure the sustainable functioning of innovative integrated structures of the agro-industrial complex of Kirovograd region were discovered and investigated: innovative development of the agro-industrial sector, modernization of fixed capital, introduction of energy-saving equipment and technology, activation of intellectual resources, optimal combinations of market mechanisms and state regulation of the economy. The proposed method involves the use of available data for analysis, and takes into account the most important factors of the preconditions of clusterization. Therefore, it is universal for using. The practical application of this technique will allow a reasonable preliminary selection of regions in which the most favorable prerequisites for the formation of clusters are available. The regional innovation policy will play a main role in the process of creation and development of cluster. Prospects for further research will consist in the study of successful foreign experience in the formation of regional innovation policy for the creation and development of cluster.
