Проаналізовано основні напрямки підвищення якості технічного сервісу колісних транспортних засобів з впровадженням Стандартів ISO 9001:2015, ДСТУ EN ISO/IEC 17025:2019. Зазначено, що система управління якістю транспортних послуг на підприємстві повинна враховувати їх специфіку. Визначено етапи формування системи управління якості без впровадження і з впровадженням випробувальної лабораторії перевірки конструкції та технічного стану колісних транспортних засобів. The article considers the problem of ensuring the proper level of quality of services provided by enterprises of technical service of wheeled vehicles during their accreditation through the creation of a testing laboratory. The main directions of improving the quality of technical service of wheeled vehicles with the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17025:2019 Standards are analyzed. Досліджено механізми вибору інвестиційного проекту на підприємстві. Визначено, що вирішенням завдання вибору оптимального проекту є застосування метода аналізу ієрархій, запропонованого Т. Сааті. Метод аналізу ієрархії дозволяє кількісно і якісно порівняти альтернативні проекти. Критеріями для порівняння були: загальна сума капіталовкладень, необхідна на реалізацію проекту, попит на продукцію, очікувана прибутковість та термін окупності проекту. Побудовано багатокритеріальну матричну модель на основі метода аналізу ієрархій. Оптимальним в умовах багатокритеріальної невизначеності з урахуванням вимог замовника за результатами аналізу було обрано проект по випуску бетонних сумішей. It is important for companies to choose the optimal project, considering the impact of the most important criteria on the common goal. The article investigates the mechanism of choosing the optimal of the three proposed investment projects at the production enterprise: production of foam blocks, production of paving slabs, production of concrete mix. To solve the problem of choosing the optimal project, the method of hierarchy analysis proposed by T. Saati was used. The method of analysis of hierarchies is considered to be a general theory of measurement, it is used to derive a scale from pairwise comparisons in multilevel hierarchical structures. Comparisons can be made on the basis of real or approximate values. The method is widely used in tasks related to multicriteria decision making, strategic planning, forecasting, etc. The method of hierarchy analysis allows to quantitatively and qualitatively compare alternative projects. The criteria for comparison were: the total amount of investment required for the project, product demand, expected profitability and payback period of the project. A multicriteria matrix model based on the method of hierarchy analysis is constructed. The relationship between the criteria was established and the consistency of results was assessed at all levels of the model. According to the results of the analysis, the optimal project was determined, which has the greatest value of the component of the vector of global priorities - 0.56529 (for the project involving the production of concrete mixtures). For this project, the criteria of "Demand" and "Profit" have the highest priorities of the vector of alternatives. The application of the method of analysis of hierarchies allows to reduce the amount of before the project work and numerically confirm the choice of the project. В статье рассмотрены три возможных проекта инвестиций производственного предприятия. Исследованы механизмы выбора инвестиционного проекта на предприятии. Определено, что решением задачи выбора оптимального проекта является применение метода анализа иерархий, предложенного Т. Саати. Метод анализа иерархий позволяет количественно и качественно сравнить альтернативные проекты. Критериями для сравнения были: общая сумма капиталовложений, необходимая для реализации проекта, спрос на продукцию, ожидаемая доходность и срок окупаемости проекта. Построена многокритериальная матричная модель на основе метода анализа иерархий. Short description of made work at this article. The notions of “competitive advantage” and “competitiveness” and their cause-and-effect difference are considered. The aim and main tasks of competitive advantages management are described. The competitive advantages classification and competitiveness creation factors are identified. Ю.; Lavryk, U.; Bondik, К.У статті проаналізовано сучасні методи управління витратами підприємства та встановлено необхідність індивідуального підходу до вибору систем управління витратами підприємств. In this article theoretical grounds are considered and methodical recommendations of selecting the costs management methods are presented. In the research the modern methods of cost management are analyzed and the necessity of individual approach is set to the choice of the existent systems of cost management of enterprises. Terms and factors that influence to the choice of methods for costs management methods are determined, as well as dependence between indicators of industrial enterprises costs and influence of methods usage on effectiveness of costs management. Practical use of the proposed recommendations will improve the efficiency of the management costs, which will boost the efficiency of the enterprise.
