А.; Zhovnovach, R.; Vyshnevska, V.Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблем оцінки та управління екологічними ризиками в контексті формування сталого економічного розвитку металургійних підприємств. Визначено та проаналізовано підходи до трактування сутності екологічних та економічних ризиків, їх основних відмінностей, наведена класифікація екологічних ризиків. Розглянуто підхід до визначення ризику несприятливої події, який враховує не тільки ймовірність цієї події, але й можливі її наслідки. Представлено алгоритм стратегії управління ризиками, заснований на логічних операціях вибору напрямку дії залежно від виконання критеріїв прийнятності величини та ціни екологічного ризику. Запропоновано використання концепції прийнятного екологічного ризику, спрямованої на адекватне передбачення можливих наслідків екологічно негативної події. Статья посвящена исследованию проблем оценки и управления экологическими рисками в контексте формирования устойчивого экономического развития металлургических предприятий. Определены и проанализированы подходы к трактовке сущности экологических и экономических рисков, их основных отличий, приведена классификация экологических рисков. Рассмотрен подход к определению риска неблагоприятного события, который учитывает не только вероятность этого события, но и возможные его последствия. Представлен алгоритм стратегии управления рисками, основанный на логических операциях выбора направления действия в зависимости от выполнения критериев приемлемости величины и цены экологического риска. Предложено использование концепции приемлемого экологического риска, направленной на адекватное определение возможных последствий экологически негативного события. The operation of metallurgical enterprises is related to numerous risks, including environmental risks, that is, risks associated with the negative environmental impact of enterprises. Therefore, a major challenge today is finding innovative solutions to manage such risks. The article identifies and analyzes approaches to the interpretation of the nature of environmental and economic risks, their main differences, presents the classification of environmental risks, discusses the main stages of the risk management process. An approach to determining the risk of an adverse event is considered, which takes into account not only the probability of this event, but also its possible consequences. The algorithm of risk management strategy based on logical operations of choice of action direction depending on fulfillment of criteria acceptability of magnitude and price of environmental risk is considered. The study found that environmental risk management is a process of balancing between the level of potential losses and the potential benefits of implementing an environmentally risky business decision by applying the most effective set of methods for influencing the level of environmental risks. Thus, it is recommended to use the concept of acceptable environmental risk, which involves the allocation of three different levels of risk and requires analysis, which reduces its initial level to the estimated, and the development of appropriate measures and actions that bring the estimated level of risk to the final, appropriate (appropriate). in terms of reconciling the benefits received and the losses or expenses). За таких обставин суб’єктам господарювання необхідно вміти оцінювати ступінь можливого впливу ризиків та управляти ними з метою зниження. У статті визначено та проаналізовано підходи до трактування сутності промислових ризиків, проведено порівняльний аналіз факторів ризику різних галузей. Запропоновано класифікацію ризиків діяльності промислового підприємства, що є передумовою використання відповідних методів управління ними. Осуществление деятельности промышленных предприятий связано с многочисленными рисками. При таких обстоятельствах субъектам хозяйствования необходимо уметь оценивать степень возможного влияния рисков и управлять ними с целью снижения. В статье определены и проанализированы подходы к трактовке сущности промышленных рисков, проведен сравнительный анализ факторов риска различных отраслей. Предложена классификация рисков деятельности промышленного предприятия, что является предпосылкой использования соответствующих методов управления ними. The implementation of the activities of industrial enterprises is associated with numerous risks. In such circumstances, business entities must be able to assess the degree of potential impact of risks and manage them in order to reduce. In the article, approaches to the interpretation of the nature of industrial risks are defined and analyzed, comparative analysis of risk factors in various industries are conducted. The classification of the risks of an industrial enterprise is proposed, which is a prerequisite for the use of appropriate management methods for them.Industrial production, as any business activity is carried out under risk conditions, therefore it is difficult to overestimate the value of management, which is more of a conscious necessity, than just a function of the control system. As a result of the analysis of the degree of risk influence on the efficiency of industrial enterprises the branches are revealed, which are the subject to the greatest influence of negative factors caused by the uncertainty of the result with the high dynamics of the development of the Ukrainian economy. The production activity involves a high proportion of the risk that an entrepreneur must assume by identifying the nature and extent of risk. Industrial risks are very complex, and the most dangerous risks that affect the activities of the company, and they can cause the most significant losses. Scientific practical interest in this research represents the classification of risks in industry. The scientifically based risk classification allows a clear definition of the place of each risk in their overall system. It creates opportunities for the effective use of appropriate methods and techniques for risk management. Introduction of the concept of "risks of industrial enterprises" is useful for conducting a qualitative analysis of the possible occurrence of unpredictable situations in the concrete practice of the activity of production enterprises as the main link of the economy. The conducted research on revealing the essence of industrial risk has allowed to clarify and supplement it.
