Є.; Rublov, V.; Voytuk, V.; Rublov, V.Викладено загальні принципи діагностики технічного стану машин, в яких діагностика розглядається як складова оцінки технічного стану машин. Основні положення діагностики наведені з урахуванням загальноприйнятих і стандартизованих понять. Описаний статистичний підхід щодо накопичення результатів спостережень технічного стану органолептичними методами і їх обробки. Сформульована класифікація методів і засобів контролю технічного стану машин, їх випробування, видів діагностування і засобів його виконання. Пропонується використання діагностики для прогнозування технічного стану машин. Objective: to justify the methods of condition monitoring machinery and equipment; to justify the methods of diagnosis; to justify and implement selection of organoleptic methods and tools for monitoring and diagnosing their technical condition. It is described general principles of diagnostics of the technical condition of machines. Diagnosis is considered as integral assessment of the technical condition of machines. Main provisions are presented in view of the generally accepted and standardized concepts. It is described a statistical approach for collection of machines technical state observations and their methods of sensory processing. It is formulated classification methods and tools for monitoring technical condition of machines, their testing, diagnostic species and their execution. It is proposed to use diagnostics to predict technical condition of machines. Conclusions. Unlike existing works, which dealt with methods for diagnosing and controlling particular machines and units, in this work are shown general principles of diagnosis technical condition of machines by analyzing the range of standardized indicators 9 groups of farm machinery and installations, including plows, cultivators, seeders, forage machines, combine harvesters, tractors, cars, trailers and milking machines.Item Нормативно-методичне забезпечення оцінки якості технічного сервісу сільськогосподарської техніки(КНТУ, 2014) Рубльов, В. По строкам його використання він супроводжує вісь період експлуатації техніки, нормований 8-10 років. Це перевищує тривалість її виробництва у сотні разів. Звідси, якість технічного сервісу має пріоритетне значення у процесах його виконання. Обґрунтовані напрями виконання оцінки технічного стану техніки. Наведені приклади реалізації методичного забезпечення оцінки якості техніки при технічному сервісі у сучасний період і у майбутньому. Purpose of the work. To rework the existing design documentation for developing agricultural machinery taking into account the legislative requirements of the Ukraine. Technical service is an important stage in the life cycle of agricultural machinery. In terms of service to use it he accompanies the entire service period, normalized to 8-10 years. This exceeds the total of its production in hundreds of times. Hence the quality of technical service is a priority in the process of its implementation. Justification the evaluation of the technical condition of the equipment. Examples of methods of assessing the quality of technology in the technical service in the modern period, and in the future. Conclusions. Is determined the problem of the improvement of design documentation according to the execution of the technical service of agricultural machinery. The ways of realization are represented.
