У статті розглянуто сучасний стан державної політики у сфері енергозбереження та енергоефективності, акцентовано на актуальності та доцільності подальшого впровадження енергозберігаючих технологій, з врахуванням національного і світового досвіду. Пропонується розглядати відновлювані джерела енергії у якості базових елементів енергоефективності окремих галузей економіки та енергонезалежності держави в цілому. Окремо акцентується на перспективності енергозбереження шляхом підвищенням енергоефективності будівель і споруд. Мета статті полягає у проведенні аналізу обставин і базових елементів, що сприяють вдосконаленню та сучасному розвитку різноманітних технологічних процесів, що сприяють підвищенню енергоефективності будівель і споруд, за рахунок використання відновлюваних джерел енергії та створення і впровадження сучасних систем автоматичного керування. На основі проведеної роботи, зроблено висновки щодо подальших досліджень з висвітленої наукової проблематики. The article examines the current state of state policy in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency, prospects for further implementation of energy-saving technologies, taking into account national and world experience. Attention is focused on the fact that renewable energy sources can be considered as basic elements of energy efficiency of separate sectors of the economy and energy independence of the state as a whole. This is facilitated by the constant growth of humanity's energy needs, the lack of fossil fuel and energy resources, their depletion, as well as the introduction of modern trends in the development of industries. The state policy of Ukraine for the coming years, enshrined in a number of legislative and regulatory acts, envisages comprehensive support and development of the sphere of energy conservation, reduction of harmful anthropogenic impact on ecology, reduction of energy intensity of products.
Шляхи енергозбереження у комунально-побутовому господарстві України в світлі зростання тарифів та більш широкого запровадження відновлюваних джерел енергії

В статті проаналізовано сучасний рівень цін на комунальні послуги, стан українського комунально-побутового господарства, рівень його розвитку та проблеми. Обґрунтовано доцільність поєднання «класичних» заходів з енергозбереження із більш широким використанням відновлюваних джерел енергії, зокрема сонячної та вітрової. The purpose of this article is to analyze the status of the Ukrainian communal domestic economy, selection of the most meaningful problems for today for the population, in the light of tariffs growth, and development of measures in decision of these problems facilities of energy-savings and wider introduction of renewable energy sources. In the article the modern standard of prices was analyzed on communal services, status of the Ukrainian communal domestic economy, level of its development and problem. Expedience the association of «classic» events is grounded on an energy-savings with the more wide use of renewable energy, in particular sun and wind sources. Authors are select 10 directions of decision of problems. Practical recommendations are given about application of organizational and technical facilities. The estimations of the expected economic effect were done from the offered measures.

В статті проаналізовано стан вітчизняної енергетики, її проблеми та перспективи розвитку. Обґрунтовано доцільність більш широкого застосування поновлюваних джерел енергії, зокрема гідравлічної, сонячної, вітрової та геотермальної. The purpose of this article is to analyze the status of national power engineering, with a focus on the most important issues for today, and the development of solutions to these problems by means of greater use of renewable energy sources. Promoted overview of the structure of the energy sector. Identified the key groups of problems: dependence on imported fossil and nuclear fuels; environmental problems that accompany the development of the energy sector; foreign policy and military-technical aspects. Were analyzed by way of perspective increasing the scale of renewable energy sources. It was concluded that the prospects of using hydraulic, solar, wind and geothermal energy.
