    Дослідження впливу процесів злиття та поглинання на динаміку ВВП України

    Метою статті є дослідження та оцінка показників злиття та поглинання в українській економіці за допомогою методів кореляційно-регресійного аналізу. Для практичної реалізації зазначеного підходу досліджено динаміку процесів злиття та поглинання, а також представлено комплекс розроблених регресійних моделей для оцінки впливу вищезазначених процесів на валовий внутрішній продукт України. Проведене дослідження показало, що зв'язок між обсягами фактичного ВВП України та показниками угод як на вітчизняному, так і світовому ринку злиттів та поглинань характеризується складною аналітичною формою та хаотичною динамікою. The article aims to research and evaluation of mergers and acquisitions in the Ukrainian economy by methods of correlation and regression analysis. For the practical implementation of this approach thoroughly investigated of mergers and acquisitions and analyzes the impact of the global financial and economic crisis of the early twenty-first century, their dynamics, and provides a set of developed regression models to assess the impact of the above processes on the gross domestic product of Ukraine. The correlation-regression analysis indicator of mergers and acquisitions was supplemented by foreign direct investment and investment in fixed assets. The research showed that the relationship between the amount of actual Ukraine's GDP and indicators on domestic and international M&A characterized by a complicated analytical form and chaotic dynamics.
