    В статті описані дослідження надійності інформаційної системи на теоретичному та практичному рівні. Доведена можливість надійності інформаційних систем, визначені кількість обслуговуючих огранів, ймовірніть відмови системи, функцію готовності системи, тривалість перехідних процесів. Це слугує для збільшення надійності системи. Визначено напрацювання між появою помилок. Отримано вираз, який описує інтенсивність появи помилок у часі. Це служить основою оцінення витрат часу на проведення відлагодження, які дозволяють усунути 97% помилок. Розраховано і встановлено оптимальний час на обслуговування програмної системи. Доведена доцільність оптимальних затрат часу, і залежність частоти відмов від часу обслуговування. In the article researching the reliability of the informative system at a theoretical and practical level are described. Possibility of reliability of the informative systems is led to, certain amount of attendant ograns, possibility refusals of the system, function of readiness of the system, duration of transitional processes. It serves for the increase of reliability of the system. Defined the work between appearance of errors. Expression which describes intensity of appearance of errors in time is got. It serves as a basis of evaluation of charges of time on conducting of the system, which allow to remove 97% errors. It is expected and optimum time is set on maintenance of the program system. Expedience of optimum expenditures of time is led to, and dependence of frequency of refusals on time of service.

    В статті проаналізовано стан вітчизняної енергетики, її проблеми та перспективи розвитку. Обґрунтовано доцільність більш широкого застосування поновлюваних джерел енергії, зокрема гідравлічної, сонячної, вітрової та геотермальної. The purpose of this article is to analyze the status of national power engineering, with a focus on the most important issues for today, and the development of solutions to these problems by means of greater use of renewable energy sources. Promoted overview of the structure of the energy sector. Identified the key groups of problems: dependence on imported fossil and nuclear fuels; environmental problems that accompany the development of the energy sector; foreign policy and military-technical aspects. Were analyzed by way of perspective increasing the scale of renewable energy sources. It was concluded that the prospects of using hydraulic, solar, wind and geothermal energy.
