Фінансовий сектор, як самостійний сегмент економічної системи особливо вразливий до кризових
явищ. Світовий досвід свідчить, що фінансові та банківські кризи стали для світової економіки досить
поширеним явищем. Слабка банківська система гальмує її подальший розвиток. Банківська криза в Україні
є типовою грошово-кредитною кризою, яка призвела до загострення суперечностей в економіці і
уповільнення темпів її зростання. Проблема фінансової стабільності значною мірою залишається не
вирішеною. Financial sector, as an independent segment of the economic system is especially impressionable to the
phenomena of crises. World experience testifies that financial and bank crises became the widespread enough
phenomenon for a world economy. The weak banking system breaks its subsequent development. A bank crisis in
Ukraine is a typical financial crisis which resulted in sharpening of contradictions in an economy and deceleration
of rates of its growth. The problem of financial stability to a great extent remains not decided.
