Item Моніторинг умов роботи електроприводу ковальсько-штампувальних машин(КНТУ, 2006) Кришкін, Б. Б.; Карпусь, О. В.У статті описано методику фахового супроводження електроприводу ковальсько- штампувального обладнання, умови роботи якого вимагають постійного застосування режиму повторно- довготривалих пусків. Наведені результати відповідних експерементальних досліджень та запропоновано послідовність проведення процедур інженерного моніторингу з метою підвищення довговічності роботи обладнання. The method of professional accompaniment electric-drived blacksmith-punching equipment is described in the article, the terms of work of which require permanent application of the long repeatedlydurations startings mode. The results of the proper experimental researches and the sequence of procedures conducting of the engineering monitoring have been done with the purpose of increase of longewearvity of work of equipment.Item Моделювання довговічності роботи фрикційних муфт однокривошипних пресів(КНТУ, 2011) Кришкін, Б. Б.; Kryshkin, B.У статті описані результати експериментальних досліджень зношування робочих елементів фрикційних однодискових муфт кривошипних машин. На підставі проведених експериментів та аналізу статистичних даних стосовно довговічності роботи муфт в умовах їх тривалої експлуатації запропоновано математичну модель довговічності роботи зазначених елементів систем вмикання. The results of experimental researches of wear of elements of friction onedisk muffs of crank-type machines are described in the article. On the basis of the conducted experiments and analysis statistical data, touching longevity of work of muffs in the conditions of their protracted exploitation the mathematical model of longevity of work of foregoing elements of the systems of including is offered.
