    В статті розглядається методика розробки збалансованої системи показників, яка складається з наступних елементів: фінансова, клієнтська складова, показники внутрішніх бізнес-процесів, навчання і розвитку персоналу; розкрито зміст кожної складової частини, їх взаємозв'язки, а також методику розробки показників; надані пропозиції щодо впровадження збалансованої системи показників. In the article the method of development of the balanced system of indexes, which consists of the following elements, is considered: financial, client constituents, indexes of internal business-processes, study and development of personnel; are exposed essence of every constituent, their intercommunication, and also method of development of indexes; suggestions in relation to introduction of the balanced system are developed.
