    У статті розглянуті питання інформаційної гігієни праці в ІТ-сфері. Окреслені компетенції інформаційної гігієни як галузі охорони праці. Розглянуто проблеми, які виникають при роботі працівників з інформацією. Досліджені різні типи інформаційних потоків на робочому місці та розроблені методи обчислення часу безперервної роботи з інформаційними потоками цих типів. In social production there is a constant expansion of the range of professions related to information processing. In addition to the emergence of new professions, computer information processing is also being introduced into a number of traditional professions. Therefore, requests to ensure healthy working conditions in such workplaces have led to the emergence of such an area of life safety and health and safety as information hygiene. An urgent task is to study the rules and regulations when working with information in the field of information technology. Problems that arise when working with information include increased intensity of information flows, simultaneous inclusion of multiple information flows, heterogeneity of incoming tasks, or excessive monotony of information flow, ambiguous information, ignorance of the operator regarding information, short deadlines. In addition, the state of the user of information is significantly affected by the emotional color of information, increased density of destructive facts, calls for hostility and violence, negative predictions, covert manipulation and more. The mental burden on the employee who processes information and makes decisions based on it depends on the spread of responsibility and the degree of responsibility, the magnitude of possible losses in making mistakes or making decisions, especially when it comes to significant financial obligations, and even more risk to the state. for human health and life. Due to the expansion of the range of professions related to the interaction of workers with information flows, the introduction of information hygiene as a unit of labor protection is an urgent task. Due to the specifics of working with information as a means and product of labor, it is necessary to study the working conditions of workers in typical IT jobs and the impact of information flows on the well-being and health of people performing different types of work. It is necessary to develop a set of rules and recommendations of information hygiene in the interaction of employees with information. An important task is to determine the types of work associated with intensive information flows and to conduct experimental research to determine the maximum allowable workload of workers in the performance of these works.

    У статті розглянуті питання автоматизованої обробки інформації в комп’ютерних системах. Розглянуті вимоги, яким повинні відповідати комп’ютерні системи. Підкреслюється неможливість забезпечення абсолютної надійності алгоритмів та програмного забезпечення комп’ютерні системи, отже, повної адекватності отриманих рішень. Проаналізовані сфери використання штучного інтелекту та зроблені висновки про доцільність та безпечність його впровадження в окремих галузях з точки зору безпеки життєдіяльності людей та охорони праці. Since the absolute reliability of computer systems and the results of information processes that run in them can not be guaranteed, the task of research is to identify critical areas where such errors and failures are unacceptable. The main problems with the introduction of artificial intelligence in computer systems are the inability to predict all real situations and program the behavior of the machine adequately to them, lack of reliability and software errors. The input on which artificial intelligence is taught may be incorrect. In addition, artificial intelligence systems are influenced by the way of thinking and values of its developers, who are not always familiar with psychology, sociology and other humanities. These shortcomings during the use of artificial intelligence systems have led to many incidents, including fatal. The analysis of the sample of artificial intelligence error messages allowed us to determine which areas are critical errors, ie where the use of artificial intelligence systems is associated with significant risk. In particular, these are such areas as medicine, military affairs, transport, manufacturing, where people and robotic systems cooperate, hazardous industries, energy, social management, legal institutions and more. Currently, there is no regulatory and legal framework for the use of artificial intelligence, so its implementation is spontaneous, which leads to unpredictable results and accidents. Artificial intelligence used in critical infrastructures, in areas related to human health and life, belongs to the category of high risk. Based on the analysis and due to the impossibility of ensuring the absolute reliability of computer systems and their software, the authors do not recommend the use of artificial intelligence in areas related to safety, health and human life, especially large human teams. Devices using artificial intelligence systems should be marked with messages about its use with a clear warning about the partial reliability of the device in terms of safety and consumer responsibility for the use of such a device. The authors strongly discourage the use of artificial intelligence in responsible decision-making in areas related to the security of large groups of people.

    У статті розглянуті інформаційні причини захворювань, особливості впливу засобів масової інформації на свідомість людини під час епідемій. Розглянуто особливості інформаційних атак та зараження інформаційними вірусами. Дано рекомендації по індивідуальному захисту та підтриманню інформаційного здоров'я людини. The article reviewed the informational causes of diseases and the peculiarities of the influence of the mass media on human consciousness during epidemics. The aim of the research is to study the patterns of the impact of information on the human condition during epidemics and to develop safety measures when interacting with information. The impact of information on people during epidemics is increasing. The media are the main sources of information for the general consumer. Analysis of the media supplied shows that the media is destructive. The pressure on the end-user can be indirectly described by the number of messages per topic relative to the size of the news sample. Everyone has their own unique information system, In case of manipulative manipulation of the consumer, the information is prepared in order to penetrate the mind. Malicious information introduced into the mind is a Trojan virus, a Trojan program designed to change the programs that operate in the information system of the addressee. An unprotected mind is both a portal for the introduction of artificial information and a key tool for the realization of the manipulator’s goals and plans. Information viruses affect the workings of human psychic programs, which are used to deliberately reprogram human behavior through suggestion, zombie. The content of the human information system affects both health and quality of life. As the administrator of your own information system, a person needs to install network filters with rules for distinguishing between data and programs, restrict access to incoming data and access to their software. Based on the proposed approach, the following recommendations can be made to the consumer of the information: to assume the role of administrator of their information system, to be responsible for its state of affairs; filter incoming information for usability, verify data before use; respect the principle of constructive information. Information should be useful, help to solve problems, empower people and defuse tensions; avoid redundancy, information overload when the quality of filtration and security is reduced; carry out continuous background scanning and regular cleansing of its information system, identifying redundant, false information and destructive behaviour programmes; use a channel with an individual unique frequency for information exchange. В статье рассмотрены информационные причины заболеваний, особенности влияния средств массовой информации на сознание человека во время эпидемий. Рассмотрены особенности информационных атак и заражения информационными вирусами. Даны рекомендации по индивидуальной защите и поддержанию информационного здоровья человека.
