С.; Sysolina, N.; Nisfoyan, S.В статті обґрунтовано мотивацію, яка є не тільки способом залучення й утримання висококваліфікованих кадрів, але також є найважливішою умовою успіху організації. На основі узагальнення наукових підходів до визначення таких економічних категорій, як «мотивація виробничої діяльності», «мотиваційний механізм», «мотивація праці», та їх аналізу було запропоновано авторське бачення мотиваційного механізму підвищення результативності праці персоналу. The necessity of adjusting of social and economic policy of enterprises was grounded in the article. A special attention was paid to motivation of labour which is not only the method of bringing in and supporting highly skilled employees but also is the major condition of a successful organization. On the basis of generalization of the scientific approaches to the definition of the economic categories «motivation of productive activity», «motivational mechanism», «motivation of labour» and their analysis the authors suggested their vision of motivational mechanism of increase of labour effectiveness. The chart of organizational and economic mechanism of management of cumulative costs for the support and development of personnel at enterprises was worked out. The chart will influence creation of a favourable environment for the increase of level of input of every employee into the created consumer cost.Item Мотивація інноваційної діяльності(КНТУ, 2008) Сисоліна, Н. П.У статті проведено аналіз проблем інноваційного розвитку, інноваційної діяльності, приведені основні напрями мотивації інноваційної діяльності. The problems of innovative activity, of innovative work are analyzed and the possible ways motivation of innovative work is offered in the article.
