Item Застосування металполімерних композитів в конструкціях сферичних шарнірів просторової системи приводів(КНТУ, 2013) Струтинський, С. В.; Strutins'kij, SergeyЗапропоновано конструкцію сферичного шарніра просторової системи приводів, у якій сферичне сідло виконано з металополімерного композиту. Розроблена технологія і виготовлено дослідний зразок шарніра, поверхня сідла якого досліджена з використанням електронних мікрофотографій. Встановлена структура композиту та кількісні характеристики наявних в ньому металевих включень. Визначено розміри залізних сфер, які складають металеву основу композиту. Досліджено показники якості мікропрофіля для одержаної сферичної поверхні.The aim of the paper is the development of design and manufacturing technology manufacturing techniques spherical joints using metalpolimer composites and experimental testing of the installation parameters obtained spherical surfaces. The construction of the spherical joint space drive systems in which spherical seat is made of metalcomposite. The technology and joint production model, the surface of the saddle which investigated using electron micrographs. Installed composite structure and quantitative characteristics of existing metallic inclusions in it. As a result of work performed confirmed the possibility of spherical joints with metalpolimer composite. Found that produced spherical surface with high quality.
