С.; Khachaturyan, S.; Kovalevskyi, S.; Khachaturyan, O.У роботі описується підхід до математичного моделювання поведінки ґрунту в процесі проколу як течії жорстко-пластичного середовища. Рух середовища розглядається в ейлеревих координатах. Робочий орган моделюється абсолютно твердим конусом. Наводяться та обґрунтовуються основні припущення. В підсумку аналітично виводяться всі залежності, що характеризують жорстко-пластичну течію – поля швидкостей, швидкостей деформацій і напружень. Modern construction involves the laying of a large number of various engineering communications.It is often necessary to arrange crossings under highways, railway tracks and other ground structures, the destruction of which during open trench development is a very expensive procedure. Recently, the technology of trenchless laying of engineering communications has become widespread.The simplest and quite effective is currently the most common method of static puncture. This method of well formation is characterized by the occurrence of significant stresses in the soil around the working body, which can have a destructive effect on engineering objects located nearby, both in the soil and on the surface. There is an urgent need to study soil behavior during puncture, in particular, using mathematical modeling of the process.Item Управління ланцюгами постачання – аналіз і оцінка моделей і методів(ЦНТУ, 2023) Хачатурян, О. У роботі виконано огляд моделей, методів і концепцій, які використовуються при управлінні ланцюгами постачання в сучасних умовах. Пропонується умовно розділити моделі та методи логістики на загальнонаукові та спеціальні, котрі використовуються при об’єктному та процесному моделюванні. A study of models and methods of supply chain management was conducted. In an ever changing business conditions, the need has been identified for adapting existing and creating new mechanisms in logical stick. An overview is presented and an analytical assessment of models, methods and concepts used in supply chain management in modern conditions. Generalization of the experience of leading experts made it possible to conditionally divide the models and methods used in logistics into general scientific and special ones.Item Методологія досліджень логістичних процесів у регіоні(ЦНТУ, 2024) Хачатурян, О. В.; Khachaturian, O.; Shcherbak, O.Досягнення високої точності прогнозу розвитку логістичних систем у сфері міжрегіонального та міжнародного обмінів є однією з основних вимог здійснення принципів логістичного менеджменту регіону. У роботі обґрунтована необхідність створення програми логістичних досліджень, у яких передбачався б порядок їх проведення, інструментарій, методи обробки та аналізу маркетингової й логістичної інформації. Виокремлена група факторів, які впливають на ефективність розвитку регіону. Запропонована класифікація процесів логістичного менеджменту регіону за видами функціональних потоків логістики та логістичними операціями. Розроблено алгоритм проведення досліджень логістичних процесів у регіоні. In the conditions of conducting business, which are constantly changing, there is a need to adapt existing and create new mechanisms in logistics. The creation of large-scale logistics complexes requires the organization and implementation of various calculation and research preparatory works, part of which are marketing and logistics studies. The work substantiates the need to create a program of logistics research, which would include the order of their conduct, tools, methods of processing and analysis of marketing and logistics information. The basic factors that affect the effectiveness of the region's development are highlighted, including, in addition to the possession of natural resources, territorial, administrative, economic, institutional, organizational and demographic factors. The study of the field of logistics management is defined as a consistent organized process of segmentation of logistics flows according to the priority features of the study of factors that affect the efficiency of logistics in the region.Item Оцінювання якості надання автотранспортних послуг(ЦНТУ, 2021) Хачатурян, О. С.; Хачатурян, С. Л.; Khachaturyan, O.; Khachaturyan, S.Все більшого поширення та розвитку останнім часом набуває сфера надання автотранспортних послуг. Постійно збільшується число підприємств і одноосібних перевізників на ринку автотранспортних послуг. Разом з цим зростає й рівень конкуренції між надавачами автотранспортних послуг, що викликає необхідність підвищення якості надання автотранспортних послуг. Адже високий рівень якості дозволяє займати провідне положення у даному секторі економіки. Нагальною є необхідність проведення оцінювання якості надання автотранспортних послуг, причому актуальним є оцінювання якості їх з позицій споживачів цих послуг. У ході дослідження встановлено як групові, так і одиничні показники оцінювання якості. Аналіз існуючих показників виявив оцінювання якості послуг з урахуванням, у першу чергу, інтересів суспільства в цілому. Визначено основні базові положення, спираючись на котрі, може бути вдосконалена сукупність методичних підходів до оцінювання якості автотранспортних послуг. Встановлено рівні оцінювання автотранспортних послуг і їх зміст. Recently, the sphere of providing motor transport services has become more and more widespread and developed. The number of enterprises and sole proprietors in the market of motor transport services is constantly increasing. At the same time, the level of competition between motor transport service providers is growing, which makes it necessary to improve the quality of motor transport services. After all, a high level of quality allows us to occupy a leading position in this sector of the economy. There is an urgent need to assess the quality of motor services, and it is important to assess their quality from the standpoint of consumers of these services. Distinctive features of methodical bases of carrying out quality assessment at the enterprises of motor transport are defined. In the course of research both group, and individual indicators of quality assessment are established. Quality assessment is the result of the course of perception of quality, which is formed in the process of providing services to the user and is accompanied by a specific assessment of the quantitative degree of compliance of the received service with his expectations. Analysis of existing indicators revealed assessment of service quality. The stages of quality assessment, consistent provision of their implementation and the main basic provisions are determined, based on which a set of methodological approaches to assessing the quality of road transport services can be improved. The levels of evaluation of motor transport services and their content are established. An approach to assessing the quality of road transport service and the implementation of the course of providing services to users, which is based on its identified values in three stages: standardized, consolidated and expanded. The signs of the quality of the course of providing services to users on the basis of "points of conflict" with them are substantiated by two classes of signs: "effective" and "instrumental".Item Комплексний аналіз розвитку малого підприємництва в Кіровоградській області(КНТУ, 2013) Хачатурян, О. С.; Hachaturian, О.У статті визначено та проаналізовано основні показники, що характеризують стан розвитку малого підприємництва та зайнятості населення в Кіровоградській області у порівнянні із середньорегіональними та середньоукраїнськими показниками. Виявлено значні невідповідності між кількістю малих підприємств, зайнятістю населення та продуктивності праці на них і величиною заробітної плати для низки адміністративно-територіальних одиниць регіону. Намічено напрямок подальших досліджень. The aim of the paper is a comprehensive analysis of the state of small business in the Kirovograd region for integrated index reached its degree of development at the level (regions and cities of regional subordination) administrative units. The level of formation and development of small businesses should be analyzed by the integrated indices. The article outlines some of them: the coefficient of the number of small businesses, rate of employment in small enterprises, factor productivity of employees of small businesses, the rate of wage workers in small businesses. Analysis of the factors showed that none of the administrative units of the region does not have all the above indicators higher than the average for the area. A similar pattern is observed if we consider the position of administrative areas in the region for some indicators. Even lower levels of performance relative to the average in Ukraine. Only three administrative units of the region are considered indicators higher than the average for Ukraine. This state of small business and employment therein population other than critical, can not be determined. Therefore necessary to develop and implement a system of regional management and implementation of effective regional policies to support small businesses. Moreover, such a policy should be developed for each of the administrative-territorial units, combined with the level of employment in small business as defined by a comprehensive study examined indicators based on cluster analysis, which should determine the future direction of research.Item Теоретико-методологічнии аспект зайнятості в сфері малого підприємництва(КНТУ, 2006) Хачатурян, О. С.The features of the use of modern methods of cluster analysis, mathematical statistics, economic and mathematical modeling methods in assessing employment in small business were studied. The methodical approach to the assessment of employment in small business based on scientifically-based analysis of its provisions, socio-economic status of the region and forecasting social and labor issues were worked out. The information base of research capacity, objectivity and similarity in measurement were defined. Проблеми формування та реалізації регіональної політики зайнятості населення через сприяння розвитку малого підприємництва заслуговують на особливу увагу та дослідження. Саме через це метою даної статті є визначення основних методичних підходів щодо оцінки стану та тенденцій зайнятості у сфері малого підприємництва на регіональному рівні. У статті досліджуються особливості використання сучасних методів кластерного аналізу, математичної статистики, економіко-математичного моделювання та прогнозування при оцінці зайнятості у малому підприємництві. Розроблено методичний підхід до оцінки стану зайнятості населення у сфері малого підприємництва на основі науково обґрунтованого аналізу його положення, соціально-економічного стану регіону та прогнозування соціально-трудової сфери. Визначено інформаційну базу дослідження за об’ємом, об’єктивністю та схожістю виміру. Запропонована методика може бути використана при аналізі ступеню ефективності використання трудових ресурсів регіонів, для виявлення зв’язків рівня офіційної зайнятості у сфері малого підприємництва з тими факторами, під впливом яких вона формується, обґрунтування пріоритетних заходів програми сприяння зайнятості населення, розробки механізмів взаємодії між органами виконавчої та законодавчої влади регіонів.Item Регіональна інноваційна система і місце в ній малих інноваційних підприємств(КНТУ, 2011) Хачатурян, О. С.The article is devoted research of features of socially-labor relations in the small enterprise of the Kirovograd of area. Basic problems and obstacles which brake development of socially-labor relations in a small enterprise are exposed. Socially-labor relations are described between employers and hired workers on small enterprises. Measures are offered on the removal of failings in socially-labor relations which exist in a small enterprise at regional level. У публікації поставлено за мету дослідити особливості соціально-трудових відносин, притаманних малому підприємництву регіону. Висвітлено основні проблеми та перешкоди, що гальмують розвиток соціально-трудових відносин у малому підприємництві. Статистичні дані свідчать про низькі темпи охоплення навчанням безробітних з метою професійної підготовки, перепідготовки та підвищення кваліфікації. Особливо це стосується відсотку безробітних, які започаткували власну справу. Як свідчить практика, у регіоні не налагоджено тісної співпраці між службами зайнятості та малими підприємствами. Необхідність налагодження підготовки працівників саме для малих підприємств регіону обґрунтовано через розкриття специфічних рис діяльності малих підприємств. Окремо висвітлено характерні риси соціально-трудових відносин між роботодавцями та найманими працівниками, котрі свідчать про недостатню соціальну захищеність останніх. У статті запропоновано низку заходів, спрямованих на поліпшення соціально-трудових відносин у сфері регіональної політики на ринку праці взагалі та на малих підприємствах зокрема.
