П.; Liashuk, O.; Hotovych, V.; Bonar, V.; Aulin, V.; Hrinkiv, А.; Matiichuk, L.У статті розглянуто концепцію дистанційної діагностики транспортних засобів в процесі їх експлуатації та основні аспекти автоматичного зчитування даних за допомогою протоколу OBD2 з ECU в режимі реального часу з подальшою їх передачею на загальний сервер. Продемонстровано як отримані дані тестуються на наявність в них аномалій за допомогою методів реконструкції та виявленням аномалій у групах даних з подальшим сповіщенням користувача. Представлено архітектуру комунікації мобільного та веб додатків з серверною частиною при діагностиці транспортних засобів. The technical condition of the vehicle directly affects the safety of people. With the increase in the number of cars, this problem becomes even more relevant. Today, checking the condition of the vehicle mostly takes place in the physical presence of a mechanic who reads data from the car's sensors with the help of scanners. The possibility of automating this process and providing the ability of remote access to data would significantly reduce the cost and speed up the detection of malfunctions.Item Теоретико-методичні засади підвищення ефективності використання парку машин в регіональних транспортних системах та підприємствах на основі лізингових відносин(ЦНТУ, 2023) Аулін, В. О.; Aulin, V.; Liashuk, O.; Hrinkiv, А.; Lysenko, S.; Hud, V.; Teslia, V.В даній роботі розглядається проблема технічної та економічної ефективності придбання нових транспортних машин автотранспортними підприємствами регіону купівлею та за допомогою лізингових відносин з метою підвищення їх продуктивності і працездатності. Показано, що є необхідність у створенні теоретико-методичних засад лізингу транспортних машин, як одного із способів переоснащення системи машин в регіонах України та підвищення ефективності їх використання на основі лізингових відносин. Обґрунтовано, що при розробці засад доцільно базуватися на системі підвищення технічного стану машин відповідною стратегією їх технічного обслуговування і ремонту. Побудовано структурну схему системи транспортних машин регіону та автотранспортних підприємств, які мають модульну структуру рухомого складу. This work examines the problem of technical and economic efficiency of purchasing new transport vehicles by motor vehicle enterprises of the region by purchase and with the help of leasing relations in order to increase their productivity and efficiency. It is shown that there is a need to create the theoretical and methodological foundations of the leasing of transport vehicles, as one of the ways to re-equip the system of vehicles in the regions of Ukraine and increase the efficiency of their use on the basis of leasing relations. It is substantiated that when developing the foundations, it is expedient to base the system on improving the technical condition of machines with the appropriate strategy of their maintenance and repair. A structural diagram of the system of transport vehicles of the region and motor transport enterprises, which have a modular structure of rolling stock, was built. The main tasks in the development of issues of new leasing relations are outlined. When determining the number of leasing objects, the matrix of the system of technical effects of operations was used, according to the strategy of maintenance and repair of transport vehicles. When creating the theoretical and methodological foundations of the technical and economic efficiency of leasing, the costs for the implementation of maintenance and repair operations of transport vehicles were considered. It is noted that when leasing, it is important to assess the technical condition of transport vehicles by diagnosing them. The work defines the conditions under which it is expedient to develop leasing relations and when motor vehicle enterprises simply buy new vehicles. The sequence of the assessment of the corresponding costs is shown.Item Використання методів теорії сенситивів при розв'язанні завдань технічних, транспортних і виробничих систем і процесів(ЦНТУ, 2022) Аулін, В. В.; Aulin, V.На прикладі функції технічного стану систем і агрегатів машин як функції діагностичних параметрів побудовано критерій її відносної чутливості (сенситив). Розглянуто відносний критерій чутливості (сенситив) і для кожного діагностичного параметру і функції стану від вагомих факторів та від напрацювання. Використовуючи властивості сенситивів та методику реалізації теорії чутливості функцій, отримано частинні критерії відносної чутливості. Розглядаючи сукупність функцій діагностичних параметрів і функції надійності, як функції ймовірності безвідмовної роботи від напрацювання, показано, що вони параметрично задані. Встановлено зав'язок сенситивів діагностичних параметрів з рівнем надійності систем, агрегатів і машин в цілому. Розроблено блок-схему методу визначення характеру динамічного розвитку діагностичних параметрів та показників надійності технічного стану систем і агрегатів машин. На основі даних експериментальних досліджень побудовано математичні моделі відносної чутливості (сенситиву) для найбільш інформативно значущих діагностичних параметрів силових агрегатів та трансмісій. Показано, що математичні моделі сенситивів діагностичних параметрів дають можливість визначити локальні значення сенситиву на діапазонах напрацювання і є ефективним інструментом для відбору діапазонів напрацювання, на яких варто контролювати певні діагностичні параметри щоб забезпечити належний рівень надійності систем, агрегатів та машини в цілому. The criterion of its relative sensitivity (sensitivity) is constructed on the example of the function of technical condition of systems and units of machines as a function of diagnostic parameters. The relative criterion of sensitivity (sensitivity) for each diagnostic parameter and function of the state of weighting factors and operating time is considered. Using the properties of sensitivities and the method of realization of the theory of sensitivity of functions, partial criteria of relative sensitivity are obtained. Considering the set of functions of diagnostic parameters and reliability functions as functions of probability of trouble-free operation, it is shown that they are parametrically set. The connection of sensitivities of diagnostic parameters with the level of reliability of systems, units and machines in general is established. The block diagram of a method of definition of character of dynamic development of diagnostic parameters and indicators of reliability of a technical condition of systems and units of cars is developed. Mathematical models of relative sensitivity (sensitivity) for the most informatively significant diagnostic parameters of power units and transmissions are built on the basis of experimental research data. It is shown that mathematical models of sensitivity of diagnostic parameters allow to determine local values of sensitivity on operating ranges and are an effective tool for selection of operating ranges on which certain diagnostic parameters should be controlled to ensure proper reliability of systems, units and machines as a whole.Item Залежність рентабельності вантажних перевезень від системи технічного обслуговування і ремонту автомобілів(КНТУ, 2013) Аулін, В. В.; Замота, О. М.; Aulin, V.; Zamota, О.В статті розглянуто залежність показників собівартості вантажних перевезень від системи технічного обслуговування і ремонту автомобілів. З точки зору собівартості вантажних перевезень є необхідність впровадження більш прогресивних систем технічного обслуговування і ремонту замість існуючої планово-попереджувальної. Сучасні дослідники надають перевагу адаптивній системі технічного обслуговування і ремонту. Планово-попереджувальна система ТО і Р не забезпечує зменшення витрат на підтримання техніки тому, що не враховує дійсний стан машини і динаміку його зміни. Крім цього потребують уточнення та удосконалення існуючі методи розрахунку витрат на ТО і Р. In the article influence of the system of technical service and repair of cars is considered on the prime price of transportations. It is rotined that from point of prime price of freight transportations there is a necessity to inculcate more progressive system of technical service and repair on the technical state (adaptive system) as compared to the preventive-maintenance system. Preventive maintenance system PM & R does not provide reduced costs to maintain trucks because they do not take into account the actual state of the machine and the dynamics of its changing. Показано, що з точки зору собівартості вантажних перевезень є необхідність впровадити більш прогресивну систему технічного обслуговування і ремонту по технічному стану (адаптивна система) у порівнянні з планово-попереджувальною системою.
