И.; Babiy, A.; Tsepenyuk, M.У роботі проведено аналіз геометричних параметрів різальної пари сегментно-пальцевого різального апарату, які впливають на надійність захоплення стебел при їх зрізуванні. Наведено одне з конструктивних рішень, що направлене на зменшення кута розхилу різальної пари та забезпечення малих критичних кутів защемлення рослин. Отриманий ефект дозволяє надійно захоплювати рослини навіть при затуплених лезах різальних елементів. В работе проведен анализ геометрических параметров режущей пары сегментно-пальцевого режущего аппарата, которые влияют на надежность захвата стеблей при их срезании. Приведено одно из конструктивных решений, которое направлено на уменьшение угла раствора режущей пары и обеспечения малых критических углов защемления растений. Полученный эффект позволяет надежно захватывать растения даже при затупленных лезвиях режущих элементов. Constructive solutions are suggested in classical construction of cutting pair of segmental finger cutting apparatus for increasing efficiency of plant capture in vacillation angle of cutting pair by providing the minimum critical angle of jamming. Geometric parameters of cutting pair of segmental finger apparatus were assayed. They influence on reliability of straw capture while cutting. One of constructive solutions is given which is directed on decreasing of vacillation angle of cutting pair and provides small critical angle of plants jamming. Received effect allows to capture plants reliably even when cutting element blade is blunt. Angles of jamming of cutting pair which are got have diapason from 600 to 130. It means that one straw while moving along the blade of segment and anti-cutting plate will find its position when angle of jamming is critical and blade sharpness is variable. Angle of jamming can be 130 when straw leaves vacillation of cutting pair and it’s 2 times less of recommended critical angle of jamming – 220. To consider it plant will hold out two times reliably in cutting pair even when blades are blunt then in typical construction of cutting pair.Item Новий пристрій для непрямого контролю за ростом тріщин в несучих системах мобільної техніки(КНТУ, 2011) Рибак, Т. Й.; Rybak, Т.; Babiy, A.; Matviyshyn, A.В роботі проведено аналіз існуючих способів контролю процесу руйнування несучих систем мобільних машин та запропоновано новий ефективний пристрій для визначення характеристик деформації рами при складному напруженому стані. Такий пристрій точно передає кут закручування між несучими елементами рами мобільної машини до чутливого елементу і не створює додаткового опору для загального процесу деформації, що дозволяє підвищити точність та надійність такого роду замірів. The analysis of existent methods of control of process of destruction of the frame systems of mobile machines is in-process conducted and a new effective device is offered for determination of descriptions of deformation of frame at the difficult tense state. The offered device exactly passes the corner of rollup between the elements of frame of mobile machine to the pickoff and does not create additional resistance for the general process of deformation, that allows to promote exactness and reliability such measurings.
