В статті описано процес проектування структур управління на промислових підприємствах. Розглянуто поняття організаційної структури управління, організаційного проекту і плану організаційних заходів. Розкриваються характеристики організаційної структури управління, послідовність організаційного проектування на підприємстві. Досліджено фактори, які впливають на формування оргструктури управління та обумовлюють її зміни та вдосконалення.
