Наводиться класифікація та дається характеристика основних видів витрат на організацію кругообігу життєвих благ в масштабах національної економіки. Обґрунтовується визначальний вплив процесів заощадження трансакційних коштів на рівень кінцевого споживання валового внутрішнього продукту в умовах державного управління розвитком секторальної структури за реалізації моделі постіндустріального технологічного устрою системи господарювання. The purpose of this publication is to summarize the methodological approaches to definition of essence of the category “mesosystems in the structure of the national economy” and the wording of the strategic principles of management in the conditions of state regulation of development of sectoral structures for the implementation of the model of post-industrial technological mode of economic system. The transition to the model of post-industrial technological mode of economic system at the national level requires addressing the negative impact of dismantling of the institutions of centralized management of the economy. Among the means of solving the problems in a coherent institutional construction of the field mesoeconomics segment of the economy. Mesostable, forming a stable composition of participants, internal factors and the nature of the trajectory of development is the objective regulation of economic formations of mesoeconomics systems in the structure of the national economy. The list of varieties to the regulation of relations is much wider from the competition and includes various forms of cooperation at sectoral and territorial level entities in the contact form, co-production, cooperation, coordination, co-evolution, and consolidation. The expansion of the range of functional relationships, the ways of exchange of current information on the activities of the subjects, the intensity of the perspective of the intentions of their activities can be carried out towards the establishment with the efforts of power structures of different levels of competence mesosystemic groups to ensure the development and implementation of all the possible savings of transaction costs to the national economy's sustainable, balanced and effective development.Item Особливості використання робочого часу на підприємствах енергопостачання (регіональний аспект)(КНТУ, 2011) Фільштейн, Л. М.; Gritsienko, А.; Filshtein, L.В статті досліджено основні закономірності формування ресурсної бази українських банків, шляхи вдосконалення та покращення ресурсної політики банку, підходи до управління ресурсною базою комерційних банків в умовах кризи. Проаналізовано структуру та динаміку банківських ресурсів за 2009 -2011 роки. Визначено, що для зміцнення банківської системи України необхідно нарощувати ресурсну базу банківських установ. In the clause the basic laws of forming of resource base of the Ukrainian banks, ways of improvement of a resource policy of bank, approaches to management of resource base of commercial banks in the conditions of crisis are researched. The structure and dynamics of bank resources for 2009-2011 is analysed.
