У статті розглянуто європейську технологію з інноваційною картопляною технікою для
впровадження в Україні при вирощуванні картоплі з отриманням високих врожаїв бульб. Наведений
аналіз техніки для вирощування та первинної переробки картоплі дозволяє зробити висновок про
можливість забезпечення виконання операцій від підготовки плантацій до післязбиральної обробки і
зберігання. The article discusses a European technology of using innovative potato growing machinery with the
aim of its introduction in potato growing in Ukraine to get high potatoes harvests. This analysis of the machinery
for cultivation and primary potatoes processing allows to make a conclusion about an opportunity to carry out all
the operations from the potato plantation preparation to its post-harvest processing and conservation.
