Проаналізовано дослідження вітчизняних і зарубіжних фахівців з проблематики використання інформаційних систем. Досліджено, що інформаційні системи і технології дають можливістьвести безперервний контроль та облік за станом і рухом товарно-матеріальних, фінансових, а також людських ресурсів на автопідприємстві, отримувати інформацію про результати діяльності автопідприємства в реального часу, своєчасно здійснювати підготовку документів, планів і прогнозів робіт на основі достовірної та повної інформації. The article substantiates the necessity of using the information system as a powerful tool for ensuring the modern competitiveness of the motor vehicle enterprise in wartime. The research of domestic and foreign specialists on the issues of using information systems was analyzed.Item Особливості митного оформлення митних процедур(ЦНТУ, 2023) Кузєв, І. О.; Уманська, А. О.; Кострецов, А. О.; Kuziev, І.; Umanska, А.; Kostretsov, А.У статті у військовий час представлені способи митного оформлення товарів. Завданнями обліку реалізації експортних, імпортних товарів та розрахунків з іноземними покупцями є: контроль за рухом товарів; постійне спостереження за своєчасним укладанням та виконанням умов зовнішньоторговельних контрактів; контроль за правильним митним оформленням експортних операцій; визначення доцільності самостійного митного оформлення експорту та імпорту товарів підприємством-експортером. The article presents methods of customs clearance of goods in wartime. The tasks of accounting for the sale of export and import goods and settlements with foreign buyers are: control over the movement of goods; constant monitoring of the timely conclusion and fulfillment of the terms of foreign trade contracts; control over the correct customs clearance of export operations; determining the expediency of independent customs clearance of export and import of goods by the exporting enterprise. The development of foreign economic activity gives enterprises the opportunity to use the advantages of international production cooperation, which increases the efficiency of their functioning. In connection with this, there is now an objective need to develop methodical approaches to assessing the effectiveness of export-import operations, which are the basis of foreign economic activity. The proposed method of analysis of export and import operations and their impact on the financial condition of the enterprise is of practical interest for enterprises. On the basis of the analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine on matters of state customs affairs, specific proposals were made for the development of a single balanced approach to law-making and law enforcement in the sphere of state customs affairs, and a scientifically based holistic administrative-legal concept of implementation of state customs affairs was developed. Prospects for further scientific research should be based on the monitoring of current legislation in the context of customs clearance of goods and may relate to the construction of algorithms for interaction with customs procedures. Based on the analysis of the legislation of Ukraine on some issues of state customs affairs, specific customs proposals were made to develop a unified balanced approach to law-making and law enforcement in the field of state customs affairs.Item Модель результативного ринку і технологія вантажних залізничних перевезень(ЦНТУ, 2022) Кузєв, І. О.; Kuziev, І.Процеси лібералізації, спроба переходу залізничної галузі на нову модель ринку вільної конкуренції без відповідних змін складової моделі негативно позначаються на ефективності роботи залізничної галузі та на результативності ринку вантажного залізничного сервісу. Пропонується поглянути на проблему не з позицій зміни форми власності в галузі та формування ринку вільної конкуренції, а з позиції пошуку рівноваги технології роботи та моделі ринку вантажних залізничних перевезень, що застосовується. Дослідження ґрунтується на відомій концепції Industrial organization. Результативність ринку вантажних залізничних перевезень багато в чому залежить від технології створення залізничного вантажного сервісу. Пропонується сформувати ринкову модель орієнтуючись не так на вигляд конкуренції, але в деяку гармонію технології вантажного залізничного сервісу та ринку, точніше рівноваги складових сервісного ринку. За результатами дослідження можуть бути сформульовані рекомендації щодо формування збалансованої моделі ринку вантажних залізничних перевезень та коригування цілей та існуючої моделі ринку. The processes of liberalization, the attempt to transition the railway industry to a new market model of free competition without corresponding changes in the component model negatively affect the efficiency of the railway industry and the effectiveness of the freight railway service market. It is proposed to look at the problem not from the standpoint of changing the form of ownership in the industry and the formation of a free competition market, but from the standpoint of finding a balance between the work technology and the model of the freight rail transport market that is being used. The study is based on the well-known concept of Industrial organization. The author considers the market as a living mechanism that responds to changes in its components within its field, not only as a place for concluding deals. The effectiveness of the rail freight transport market largely depends on the technology of creating a rail freight service. It is proposed to form a market model based not so much on the appearance of competition, but on some harmony of the technology of freight railway service and the market, or rather the balance of the components of the service market. The goal is to define a model of an effective rail freight market, in which the railway industry will be able to show maximum efficiency. Work methods – expert assessment of an attempt to change the model of the freight rail transportation market; analysis of the reasons for the imbalance of the economic mechanism of transport activity in the field of freight rail transport; an attempt to structure the goals of an efficient rail freight market. Based on the results of the research, recommendations can be formulated regarding the formation of a balanced model of the market for freight rail transportation and the adjustment of goals and the existing market model.
