У статті обґрунтовується необхідність формування національної системи кваліфікацій. Розглядається зарубіжний досвід у сфері створення даної системи. Запропоновано вітчизняну модель функціонування національної системи кваліфікацій. The necessity of the National vocational qualifications system forming is argued in the paper. The foreign experience in field of this system creation is considered. The domestic model of functioning of the National vocational qualifications system is offered.
