Встановлено, що на даний час у світі дорожньо-транспортні пригоди являються однією із основних причин смертності та інвалідності людей, та створюють щорічні втрати ВВП у розмірі від 1 до 3%. Досліджено, що за січень – липень 2021 року на вулично-дорожній мережі Тернопільської області зареєстровано 1509 дорожньо-транспортних пригод, що на 19% більше ніж за аналогічний період минулого року (2020 рік – 1271 ДТП). Запропоновано організаційні заходи для підвищення безпеки руху на вулично-дорожній мережі. The indicators of road safety on the roads of Ukraine, on the example of Ternopil region are analyzed. It is established that currently in the world road accidents are one of the main causes of death and disability, and create annual GDP losses of 1 to 3%. It is investigated that for January - July 2021 on the street and road network of Ternopil region 1509 road accidents were registered, which is 19% more than for the same period last year (2020 - 1271 accidents). Organizational measures to improve traffic safety on the road network are proposed. Measures to improve traffic safety on the city's road network are divided into three main areas. The first direction was to organize traffic directly on the road network, the second - in the development of public transport and giving priority to travel. From the point of view of traffic safety, the construction of plans for coordination of traffic light facilities taking into account the movement of public transport can be an acceptable method. The third direction is the direct informational impact on drivers of vehicles.Item Планування діяльності автотранспортного підприємства. Методичні аспекти(ЦНТУ, 2022) Ляшук, О. Л.; Плекан, У. Узагальнено науково-методичний інструментарій планування соціально-економічної діяльності автотранспортних підприємств. Запропоновано схему планування програми (проекту) соціально-економічного розвитку підприємств. Окреслено процеси формування карти результатів та рамки результатів як основних складових прогнозування подальшого соціально-економічного розвитку автотранспортних підприємств. The purpose of research is to analyze and summarize the main scientific and methodological aspects of planning socio-economic activities of motor transport enterprises. The article analyzes and summarizes the main scientific and methodological aspects of planning socio-economic activities of motor transport enterprises and substantiates the dependence of effective functioning of motor transport enterprises on a properly formed development plan in the short and long term. The scientific and methodological tools for planning the socio-economic activities of motor transport enterprises are generalized. A number of methods are described by which the activity of motor transport enterprises can be planned. In particular, the methods are analyzed: extrapolation, scenario creation, mental attack, factor analysis, forecasting by models of time series and leading indicators, methods of multifactor forecasting, expert evaluation, building a "tree" of decisions. The scheme of planning the program (project) of social and economic development of motor transport enterprises is offered. Stages of planning are presented, including: planning of works on improvement of separate kinds of activity, definition of interested parties, identification and analysis of potential problems, formulation of vision, formation of a map of results, formation of a framework of results. The documentation of each stage of planning is shown, including: drawing up of the plan (schedule) of works, schemes of interested parties, the list of priority problems, a tree of problems, the concept of vision of each of priority problems, maps of results on each of priority problems. enterprises. Since the stages of formation of the map of results and the general table of results of the project lay the foundation for the creation of a system of further monitoring of socio-economic development of the transport enterprise, the article pays special attention to these stages. Modern approaches to planning provide clarity of transformations of a single enterprise aimed at ensuring sustainable and dynamic development. Thus, the planning of the development of the motor transport enterprise provides an important mechanism for regulating socio-economic processes at the macro level.Item Синтез конвеєрів з розширеними технологічними можливостями(ЦНТУ, 2017) Ляшук, О. П.; Lyashuk, О.; Golotenko, О.; Klendiy, V.; Dovbish, А.Розроблено модель вибору конструктивних конвеєрів для транспортування сільськогосподарських матеріалів по криволінійних траєкторіях з урахуванням можливих обсягів витрат, що виникають внаслідок пошкодження матеріалу, сукупних витрат, які включають собівартість виготовлення, експлуатації, технічний огляд і ремонт. Проведено синтез робочих органів конвеєрів методом ієрархічних груп за допомогою морфологічного аналізу. Обґрунтовано, що вибір варіанта конструкції робочих органів в першу чергу залежить від характеру виконання процесу і навантаження на робочий орган. Тому, виходячи з необхідності забезпечення проектування робочих органів, можна обмежити кількість варіантів конструктивних рішень і згенерувати значну кількість працездатних конструкцій конвеєрів для транспортування сипучих матеріалів по криволінійних трасах. The model of choosing construction conveyers for transporting agricultural cargo along the curvilinear trajectory taking into account possible expenditures caused by the damage of cargo and total expenditures, which include manufacturing, operation. Maintenance and repair cost price has been developed. The synthesis of conveyer operating members taking advantage of the hierarchic groups method and using morphological analyses has been carried out. It was interpreted, that the choise of option of the operating members desing depends first of all on the nature of the performed process and loanding on the operating member. That is why for the purpose to proside the desing of the operation members, the number of construction solution options can be reduced and one may develop a great number of conveyer designs capable to operate officiently for the transporting of bulk cargo along the curvilinear trajectory.
