В статті розглянуто особливості фінансового забезпечення соціально-культурної сфери
державними та приватними закладами і установами, державними страховими фондами, страховими компаніями, недержавними пенсійними фондами, суб’єктами підприємницьких структур, громадськими об'єднаннями. З метою подолання існуючих проблем пропонуються впровадження соціального партнерства між органами державної влади (місцевого самоврядування), бізнесом та громадськістю. The features of the financial providing of socio-cultural sphere by state and private establishments, state insurance funds, insurance companies, non-state pensionary funds, subjects of enterprise structures, public associations are considered in the article. With the purpose of overcoming of existent problems introductions of social partnership between state power (local self-government), business and public are offered.
