В статті висвітлені проблеми тарифікації робіт в молочній промисловості як складової частини в структурі заробітної плати. На прикладі ВАТ „Світловодський маслосиркомбінат” розглянутий процес впровадження назв нових професій, відсутніх в діючому ДКХП вип.8 „М’ясна і молочна промисловість” та встановлення і уточнення тарифних розрядів працівників на підприємстві. The problems of the tariffing of works in the dairy industry as an element of payment of labour are expounded in this article. On example of public corporation «Svetlovodskiy maslosirkombinat», the process of introduction of the names of new professions is considered, which are absent in real classifier (“Meat and dairy industry” the eighth fascicle). Also, the establishment and defining more exactly of wage categories on an enterprise are considered.
