Визначено методику дослідження процесу зношування. Наведено результати випробування дослідних зміцнених зразків зубів прорізаючого робочого органу. Охарактеризовано умови досягнення явища самозагострення лез. The aim is to study the reliability of direct sowing seeders and self sharpening effect monometallic and reinforced double-layer blades cutting through the working body. Обрано фактори впливу на процес подрібнення насінника гарбуза розробленою машиною транспортерного типу. Описано конструкцію та принцип роботи даної машини. Викладено результати її лабораторних досліджень, за якими отримано графічні зображення двомірних перетинів поверхонь відгуку, як залежностей засміченості насіння і втрат від зміни трьох факторів. Встановлено основні параметри роботи машини транспортерного типу при виділенні насіння. Allocation problem are the seeds of a pumpkin.
