У статті розглянуто сутність амортизації на основі узагальнення її існуючих концепцій:
податкової, бухгалтерської, законодавчої, інвестиційної та концепції зносу. Результатом дослідження сутності амортизації стало виокремлення її функцій на макро- та мікрорівнях господарювання. Автором визначено роль амортизації у діяльності підприємств та розроблено перспективні шляхи підвищення ефективності її використання в межах діючої амортизаційної політики. The article discusses the nature of depreciation based on a synthesis of existing concepts: tax, accounting, legal, investment, and the concept of depreciation. The result of the study the essence of depreciation has been the allocation of its functions on the macro-and micro-managing. The author defines the role of depreciation in the activities of enterprises and developed promising ways to improve the efficiency of its use within the existing depreciation policy.
