    Телеологічні підходи до корпоративного управління: творчість та креативність

    В статті визначено здійснено порівняльний аналіз творчості та креативності, як сучасних телеологічних підходів до корпоративного управління. На цій основі запропоновано загальну структуру процесу інноваційного управління та сформульовано імовірні стратегії його розвитку. The article provides analysis of the specials of the creative and creativity approachs to corporate governance. The author proves, that these processes are very actual and necessary for the modern market conditions, gives the structure of the innovate process. The results of this research may be use for the practical business.
