В.; Kalinin, O.В статті досліджено теоретичні аспекти процесів аутсорсингу на диверсифікованих промислових виробництвах з точки зору ефективності їх інвестиційного маркетингу. Запропоновано алгоритм визначення доцільності передачі функцій на аутсорсинг диверсифікованого промислового холдингу. В роботі надано опис ефективності матричного аналізу аутсорсингу для диверсифікованого промислового холдингу. Також розкрито критерії для вибору постачальників послуг з аутсорсингу для промислових підприємств. В статье исследованы теоретические аспекты процессов аутсорсинга на диверсифицированных промышленных производствах с точки зрения эффективности их инвестиционного маркетинга. Предложен алгоритм определения целесообразности передачи функций на аутсорсинг диверсифицированного промышленного холдинга. В работе дано описание эффективности матричного анализа аутсорсинга для диверсифицированного промышленного холдинга. Также описаны критерии для выбора поставщиков услуг по аутсорсингу для промышленных предприятий. The article highlights the theoretical aspects of the relevance of the study of outsourcing processes in diversified industrial enterprises in terms of the of their investment marketing effectiveness. The analysis of relevant scientific publications in this area of research was carried out and areas requiring further processing were identified. The article provides classification features and types of outsourcing that cab be characteristics of a particular criterion. In the research process, the following general scientific methods were used: analysis and synthesis, grouping and systematization of identifying the essence of outsourcing, its structure, the principles of its formation, control of this process; induction and deduction - to summarize the theoretical aspects of the outsourcing structure formation and investment marketing; statistical and economic - to assess the investment attractiveness of a diversified enterprise. An algorithm is proposed for determining the feasibility of transferring functions to outsourcing a diversified industrial holding. The paper describes the effectiveness of the matrix analysis of outsourcing for a diversified industrial holding. It also describes the criteria for selecting outsourcing service providers for industrial enterprises and provides conclusions and areas for further research in this area. Analyzing diversified industrial enterprises from the point of view of investment marketing, the necessity arises for management to achieve steady profit growth of the company. And an important factor that positively (in terms of image) affects the investment attractiveness of the enterprise, but can also bring about positive organizational reforms in industrial enterprises. An example of such changes is the reduction of executives, the rationality of communication processes, and greater productivity of industrial processes per worker. Improving the enterprise business processes through the use of outsourcing models, in the first place, enables the enterprise to make better management decisions on the quality of outsourcing services through competition and the ability to quickly change such suppliers while enterprises have to undergo long enough bureaucratic procedures to reorganize their own subdivisions. whose work proved to be ineffective.Item Методичні підходи до оцінки диверсифікація, як засобу зниження ризику виробничої діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств(ЦНТУ, 2018) Рудич, О. А.; Rudych, O.; Dragan, O.За результатами проведених досліджень розроблено структурну модель здійснення процесу розробки стратегічного плану в загальному алгоритмі стратегічного управління диверсифікованого аграрного підприємства. На основі комплексного підходу розроблено загальну послідовність дій, які доцільно виконати при пошуку, обґрунтуванні та прийнятті управлінського рішення про диверсифікацію виробничої діяльності аграрних підприємств. Виявлено недоліки існуючих методичних підходів до оцінки диверсифікації виробничої діяльності аграрних підприємств та запропоновано універсальну методику оцінки рівня диверсифікації. По результатам проведенных исследований разработана структурная модель осуществления процесса разработки стратегического плана в общем алгоритме стратегического управления диверсифицированного аграрного предприятия. На основе комплексного подхода разработана общая последовательность действий, которые целесообразно выполнить при поиске, обосновании и принятии управленческого решения о диверсификации производственной деятельности аграрных предприятий. Выявлены недостатки существующих методических подходов к оценке диверсификации производственной деятельности аграрных предприятий и предложена универсальную методику оценки уровня диверсификации. The purpose of the study is to develop the theoretical, methodological provisions on the evaluation of diversification as a means of reducing the risk of agricultural activities of agricultural enterprises. According to the results of the conducted research, the following structural model of implementation of the strategic plan development process in the general algorithm of strategic management of a diversified agrarian enterprise was developed. The analysis of scientific works in the field of building diversification programs in the formation of the basics of strategic changes on materials of organizations, conducted by the author, makes it possible to diagnose the significance of an integrated approach to this problem, taking into account the totality and variety of factors that affect the organization and processes that occur in it. On the basis of the integrated approach, a general sequence of actions was developed that would be appropriate to perform when seeking, substantiating and adopting a management decision to diversify the production activities of agrarian enterprises. The proposed conceptual scheme of the decision to diversify the production activities of the agrarian enterprise enables not only to choose rational directions of transformations, but also to manage them, since it allows to consider the change in time of many factors of the internal environment of the organization. The generalization of methodological approaches to assessing the diversification of agricultural activities of agricultural enterprises made it possible to identify their shortcomings and propose a universal methodology for assessing the level of diversification, which is based on the assessment of the diversity of types of economic activity and goods / services produced within each economic activity, the stages of obtaining value added within each kind of economic activity. According to the proposed approach, the following indicators of the level of diversification of production activities of agrarian enterprises should be used: for the calculation of the level of horizontal diversification of the enterprise's production activity - the relative indicator of entropy; the level of concentric diversification - the adapted index of entropy, the level of vertical diversification, characterizing the stages of obtaining added value - the coefficient of Lerner.Item Совершенствование управления банковскими рисками при кредитовании агропромышленных предприятий(КНТУ, 2016) Байрамова, Рахима; Байрамова, Раxiма; Bayramova, RagimaВ статье рассматриваются тенденции развития инструментов управления банковскими рисками при кредитовании агропромышленных предприятий, предлагаются основные направления понижения уровня риска и повышения эффективности кредитования агропромышленных производителей в современных условиях. Анализируется методический подход к разработке кредитной стратегии банка, отвечающий требованиям государственной политики по поддержке сельскохозяйственного производителя. Установлено, что для повышения эффективности кредитования агропромышленной сферы в условиях проявления рисков следует более широко использовать комбинированные методы их минимизации и устранения, так как только предварительная оценка и применение оправданных методов управления кредитными рисками может обеспечить защиту от больших потерь хозяйственных субъектов аграрной сферы. У статті розглядаються тенденції розвитку інструментів управління банківськими ризиками при кредитуванні агропромислових підприємств, пропонуються основні напрямки зниження рівня ризику і підвищення ефективності кредитування агропромислових виробників у сучасних умовах. Проаналізовано методичний підхід до розробки кредитної стратегії банку, що виходить із вимог державної політики щодо підтримки сільського товаровиробника. Визначено, що для підвищення ефективності кредитування аграрної сфери в умовах прояву ризиків слід більш широко використовувати комбіновані методи їх мінімізації та усунення, з урахуванням того, що лише попередня оцінка і застосування виправданих методів управління кредитними ризиками може забезпечити уникнення великих втрат господарських суб'єктів аграрної сфери. The purpose of the research is to study specific characteristics of credit risks related lending agroindustry producers, loan assessment and management. The article describes the tendencies of development of banking risk management tools in lending agroindustrial enterprises, development of the basic directions of lowering risk and increasing the efficiency of lending agro-producers today. At the same time, to analyze the methodological approach for the development of the bank's credit strategy emanating from the requirements of public policy to support agriculture. It is important to use risk minimization and elimination to improve efficiency in the agricultural sector under these conditions. The issue of financial provision of education in the sphere of arts and culture is one of the most important problems in economics. The unsatisfactory state of education in the sphere of arts and culture is caused by insufficient funding, inefficient use of educational resources, lack of a well-rounded, research-backed program of financial provision for the sphere, a program that would be based on a strategic vision of the country’s development. In the earlier years of economic hardships the sphere of arts and culture institutions was mostly designed for budget financing. The current state of financing education in the sphere of arts and culture is rather disappointing. The disposition of funds is inefficient and no changes appear in using new sources of this sphere’s financing. However, it would be much easier to surmount the crisis of financing education institutions in terms of a favorable legislative atmosphere, which would help the spheres of education, arts and culture to develop rather that to survive. So, financing education in the sphere of art and culture by means of state budget will be efficient only if the funds which the state provides for education financing are sufficient and have a stable, reliable and wellproportioned basis.
