Item Розвиток міжнародних торговельних відносин аграрного сектору економіки України в контексті євроінтеграції(ЦНТУ, 2023) Решитько, Т. В.; Reshytko, T.В статті досліджено сучасні тренди розвитку міжнародних торговельних відносин аграрного сектору економіки України як одного з визначальних чинників в контексті євроінтеграції. Проаналізовано особливості участі України в аграрних експортно-імпортних операціях. Наголошено, що Україна нині перебуває на початковому етапі входження до світових аграрних ринків. У експорті вітчизняного продовольства переважає сировинна складова або продукція з незначною доданою вартістю, а експорт готових харчових продуктів не набув суттєвих обсягів. The article examines modern trends in the development of international trade relations in the agricultural sector of the Ukrainian economy as one of the determining factors in the context of European integration. Peculiarities of Ukraine's participation in agricultural export-import operations are analyzed. It was emphasized that Ukraine is currently at the initial stage of entering the world agricultural markets, domestic food exports are dominated by raw materials or products with little added value, and the export of ready-made food products has not acquired significant volumes.Item Особливості митного оформлення митних процедур(ЦНТУ, 2023) Кузєв, І. О.; Уманська, А. О.; Кострецов, А. О.; Kuziev, І.; Umanska, А.; Kostretsov, А.У статті у військовий час представлені способи митного оформлення товарів. Завданнями обліку реалізації експортних, імпортних товарів та розрахунків з іноземними покупцями є: контроль за рухом товарів; постійне спостереження за своєчасним укладанням та виконанням умов зовнішньоторговельних контрактів; контроль за правильним митним оформленням експортних операцій; визначення доцільності самостійного митного оформлення експорту та імпорту товарів підприємством-експортером. The article presents methods of customs clearance of goods in wartime. The tasks of accounting for the sale of export and import goods and settlements with foreign buyers are: control over the movement of goods; constant monitoring of the timely conclusion and fulfillment of the terms of foreign trade contracts; control over the correct customs clearance of export operations; determining the expediency of independent customs clearance of export and import of goods by the exporting enterprise. The development of foreign economic activity gives enterprises the opportunity to use the advantages of international production cooperation, which increases the efficiency of their functioning. In connection with this, there is now an objective need to develop methodical approaches to assessing the effectiveness of export-import operations, which are the basis of foreign economic activity. The proposed method of analysis of export and import operations and their impact on the financial condition of the enterprise is of practical interest for enterprises. On the basis of the analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine on matters of state customs affairs, specific proposals were made for the development of a single balanced approach to law-making and law enforcement in the sphere of state customs affairs, and a scientifically based holistic administrative-legal concept of implementation of state customs affairs was developed. Prospects for further scientific research should be based on the monitoring of current legislation in the context of customs clearance of goods and may relate to the construction of algorithms for interaction with customs procedures. Based on the analysis of the legislation of Ukraine on some issues of state customs affairs, specific customs proposals were made to develop a unified balanced approach to law-making and law enforcement in the field of state customs affairs.Item Сучасні тенденції міжнародної економічної діяльності України(ЦНТУ, 2021) Романюк, Л. М.; Romaniuk, L.Стаття присвячена аналізу сучасних тенденцій міжнародної економічної діяльності України. Визначено основні країни-партнери в експортній та імпортній діяльності України у 2020 році. Виявлено тенденції міжнародної економічної діяльності України у 2020 році порівняно з 2019 та 2013 роками. Здійснено SWOT - аналіз: виявлено сильні, слабкі сторони, можливості та загрози, напрями подолання слабких сторін та загроз з використанням можливостей та сильних сторін. Зазначено проблеми, які необхідно вирішити для підвищення ефективності міжнародної економічної діяльності України. International economic activity occupies a special place in a complex system of the global economic relations. It reflects the mutual economic dependence of trade and economic activities of different countries of the world. The significance of the development of international economic performance of each country is growing. The purpose of the article is to determine the current state and trends of international economic performance of Ukraine, taking into account changes in the external environment. SWOT-analysis was introduced to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and ways to overcome weaknesses, solve problems in international economic activity, use strengths and opportunities. International economic activity is a powerful factor in the development of the country's economy and has a significant potential in regard of natural, economic and human resources, but the study has also revealed problems and negative trends. To identify trends in the effectiveness of the country's international economic activity, export-import performance indicators for 2019, 2020 and similar indicators for 2013 were analyzed. In 2020 a decline in exports in the machine-building industry is observed. Furthermore, the exports are dominated by the raw material component. The growth rate of exported goods refers to industries with a small share of value added. At the same time, imports are dominated by high-tech products, indicating a lack of strategy of technical and technological development, which leads to the deindustrialization of the country, which is a significant threat to the economy of Ukraine as a whole and its international economic activity. In the context of economic globalization, the importance of international economic relations is growing. To increase the efficiency of international economic performance it is crucial to address a number of domestic issues: stabilization of political situation, termination of military actions in the east of the country, overcoming corruption, ensuring technical and technological development, implementation of innovations at enterprises, development and implementation of multi-vector strategy, implementation of the strategy of public diplomacy in order to build a positive image of Ukraine. Further research will focus on assessing the effectiveness of international economic activity, identifying threats to national competitiveness and elaborating recommendations for overcoming them.Item Напрями вдосконалення механізму регулювання зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в умовах інноваційних змін(ЦНТУ, 2020) В’юник, О. Наведено сутність зовнішньоекономічної діяльності та механізму її регулювання. Проаналізовано динаміку експорту та імпорту товарів і послуг, зміну сальдо зовнішньої торгівлі України за останні роки. Визначено основні країни-партнери України в експорті та імпорті товарів і послуг. Проведено аналіз частки регіонів України в експорті та імпорті товарів і послуг, реалізації інноваційної продукції промисловості за кордон. Визначено напрями вдосконалення механізму регулювання зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в умовах інноваційних змін (законодавче регулювання, інфраструктурне забезпечення, запровадження стратегічного підходу та оптимізація політики регулювання, стимулювання залучення інвестицій, використання можливостей цифрової економіки). The paper is devoted to substantiation the ways of improvement of the mechanism of foreign economic activity regulation in Ukraine. The essence of foreign economic activity and the mechanism of its regulation have been given. The dynamics of exports and imports of goods and services has been analyzed, which allowed to state the growth of these indicators over the past three years. The research of changes in Ukraine's foreign trade balance in recent years provided an opportunity to mark out the negative balance in relation to foreign trade in goods and positive – in relation to services. The main partner countries of Ukraine in the export and import of goods and services have been identified. It has been noted that the largest volumes of exports and imports of Ukrainian goods in 2019 belong to China. The analysis of the share of the regions of Ukraine in the export and import of goods and services, the sale of innovative industrial products abroad has been carried out. The highest values of foreign economic activity were recorded in the city of Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odessa, Kyiv, Donetsk regions. In the structure of exports of goods from Ukraine in 2019 dominated the plant products, base metals, and in the structure of imports to Ukraine – machinery and equipment, electronic equipment and mineral products. In the structure of exports of services in Ukraine in 2019 dominated the pipeline services and computer services, and among the imports of services to Ukraine – travel services, government and government services. The directions of improvement of the mechanism of foreign economic activity regulation in the conditions of innovative changes have been developed. They include legislative regulation, infrastructural maintenance, introduction of the strategic approach and optimization of regulation policy, stimulation of attraction of investments, use of opportunities of digital economy. Статья посвящена обоснованию путей для усовершенствования механизма регулирования внешнеэкономической деятельности в Украине. Приведена сущность внешнеэкономической деятельности и механизма ее регулирования. Проанализирована динамика экспорта и импорта товаров и услуг, изменения сальдо внешней торговли Украины за последние годы. Определены основные страныпартнеры Украины по экспорту и импорту товаров и услуг. Проведен анализ доли регионов Украины в экспорте и импорте товаров и услуг, реализации инновационной продукции промышленности за границу. В статті використані наступні загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи економічних досліджень: системні методи пізнання, аналітичні, економіко-статистичний і математичний, групування, порівняння, графічний. Досліджено, що зрістає торгівля України з країною-агресором, не зважаючи на воєнно-політичну ситуацію та взаємні санкції. Проаналізовано географічну структуру зовнішніх торговельно-економічних зв’язків України, структуру українського експорту до Російської Федерації, структуру російського імпортудо України. Задачами исследования являются определение и оценка современных тенденций торгово-экономических отношений Украины и Российской Федерации. В статье использовані следующие общенаучные и специальные методы экономических исследований: системные методы познания, аналитические, экономико-статистический и математический, группировки, сравнения, графический. Исследовано, что растет торговля Украины со страной-агрессором, не смотря на военно-политическую ситуацию и взаимные санкции. The purpose of the article is to study the contemporary aspects of trade and economic relations between Ukraine and the Russian Federation. It has been researched that Ukraine's trade with the aggressor country is growing despite the military-political situation and mutual sanctions. Ukraine's trade with the Russian Federation is clearly characterized by a predominance of import operations over export operations. The geographical structure of Ukraine's foreign trade and economic relations, the structure of Ukrainian exports to the Russian Federation, and the structure of Russian imports to Ukraine are analyzed. The structure of exports suggests that the economy of the Russian Federation requires mainly Ukrainian raw materials, agricultural products or components for the development of its own industry. This indicates the competitiveness of the domestic processing, light, food industry. The main components of Ukrainian imports from Russia are strategic goods. If you look at the structure of Russian imports, in the first half of 2019, energy - oil, diesel, liquefied gas, coal and fuel for nuclear power plants - occupied the largest share there. The following are industrial products - ferrous metallurgy, chemical fertilizers, boilers, machines, reactors, polymers and plastics, inorganic chemistry products such as ammonia. The goal is to reduce dependence on the Russian Federation, as we have seen in recent years as a significant reduction in the share of imports. In July 2019, the Government of Ukraine continued to ban the import of a number of Russian goods by the end of 2020, including new product groups: construction materials, mineral fertilizers, woodworking and metallurgy, cars and trucks. Oil and petroleum products are the main product of import. But Ukraine can buy this raw material as well as natural gas in the EU countries.Item Проблеми формування конкурентоспроможності вітчизняної продукції свинарства на зовнішньому ринку(КНТУ, 2016) Ібатуллін, М. І.; Ibatullin, М.У статті розглядаються напрями підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності на зовнішньому ринку продукції свинарства. Проведено оцінку конкурентоспроможності м’яса свиней, яловичини та птиці на основі індексів відносних торгівельних переваг, відносної конкурентоспроможності м’яса свиней в інших країнах світу. Розглянуто методи та механізми державного стимулювання експорту продукції свинарства. The article discloses the ways of increasing competitiveness on the international market of pig production. It has been proved that due to a significant depreciation of the national currency against the currencies of the world, the purchase prices for pig production in Ukraine are much lower compared to other countries. The influence of the "grey" import of pork on the balance of the pig production market was analyzed. It was proved that the best method of regulation of import in the pig production has to be quotation for a long time. We believe that the introduction of administrative and fiscal measures to protect the domestic market and domestic producers on the international market of pig production should be made with the development of technological regulation requirements for production and regulation of quality of raw meat. An important mechanism to support exporters is the insurance which can be carried out on foreign and domestic markets. Moreover, it is worthwhile creating an Export insurance agency of agribusiness. Therefore, the actions taken to support the export of pig products will stimulate export potential in key areas of activity starting from optimization of production costs and reduction of investment costs for the withdrawal of products to the final markets.Item Дослідження зовнішньоторговельного напряму діяльності підприємств машинобудівної галузі Хмельниччини(КНТУ, 2014) Свідерська, А. В.; Sviderska, AntoninaВ статті розглядаються питання обробки статистичних даних, пов’язаних із зовнішньоекономічною торгівлею Хмельниччини, зокрема, машинобудівної галузі. Досліджено зміни у географічній та товарній структурах експортно-імпортних потоків та дано оцінку ступеня внутрішньогалузевої торгівлі на основі індексу Грубеля-Ллойда. Встановлено основні проблеми, що гальмують розвиток галузі регіону. The article deals with the questions concerning the analysis of the up-to-date state of export machine-building potential on the regional level. The main assignment of the investigation was the tendencies identification and the determination of the significant problems, which hinder the development of foreign trade activities of the enterprises in region. The changes in the geographical and product structures of export-import flows are investigated, and the essessment of intra-industry trade level based on the Grubel-Lloyd index is given. The scale and dynamics of total goods sales of the machine-building enterprises of the region are analyzed. The indicator of the foreign trade balance was rather high within all analyzed period of time that is negative phenomenon in terms of the strategic role of machine-building for the development of other industries. The ways to overcome the crisis phenomena in the industry, the means of foreign trade operations activization and the areas of export potential enhancement are proposed. We can conclude about geographical and product structures irrationality, their low diversification and orientation mainly to the customers from CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) and developing countries. In 2013 the first indications of improvement have been showed up, but it is too early now to talk about the crisis consequences overcoming and the stable tendency of export activities development in machine-building.
