Досліджений закордонний досвід реформування житлово-комунальної галузі й розроблені пропозиції щодо його впровадження на підприємствах і організаціях житлово-комунального господарства України. The article is а concept is certain housing and communal services of area, association of joint owners of apartment houses. The estimation of his level is produced on a region. International experience of reformation of housing and communal industry is investigational and suggestions are worked out concerning his introduction on enterprises and organizations of housing and communal services of Ukraine.
