Обґрунтовано доцільність поєднання «класичних» заходів з енергозбереження із більш широким використанням відновлюваних джерел енергії, зокрема сонячної та вітрової. The purpose of this article is to analyze the status of the Ukrainian communal domestic economy, selection of the most meaningful problems for today for the population, in the light of tariffs growth, and development of measures in decision of these problems facilities of energy-savings and wider introduction of renewable energy sources. In the article the modern standard of prices was analyzed on communal services, status of the Ukrainian communal domestic economy, level of its development and problem. Expedience the association of «classic» events is grounded on an energy-savings with the more wide use of renewable energy, in particular sun and wind sources. Authors are select 10 directions of decision of problems. Practical recommendations are given about application of organizational and technical facilities. The estimations of the expected economic effect were done from the offered measures.Item Проблеми формування тарифів на послуги міського пасажирського автомобільного транспорту(КНТУ, 2008) Висока, О. Є.У статті досліджено проблеми формування тарифів на послуги міського пасажирського автомобільного транспорту. На основі проведеного дослідження визначено заходи покращення фінансового стану та поліпшення умов діяльності підприємств міського транспорту в умовах державного регулювання тарифів. Запропоновано напрями удосконалення методики формування тарифів, що спрямовані на забезпечення збалансування інтересів суб’єктів пасажирських перевезень. In the article it has been investigated the problems of the formation of the tariff on the services of the local automobile passenger transport. On the base of the given investigation it has been set the methods of the improvement financial conditions and activities of the local transport enterprises in the conditions of a state tariff regulation. It has been proposed the improved methods of the tariff formations to aim the providing balance of the passenger transportation interests.Item Оптимізація режимів електроспоживання підприємства хімічної промисловості(КНТУ, 2012) Іншеков, Є. М.; Калінчик, І. В.; Inshekov, Е.; Kalinchyk, І.Запропонована модель управління електроспоживанням підприємства через регулювання потужності споживачів технологічного процесу переміщенням даного процесу в часові зони мінімальних навантажень енергетичних систем. Визначена цільова функція та обмеження технологічного процесу. Проведені експериментальні дослідження моделі для хімічного підприємства, показана економічна доцільність такого управління. Показано, що зниження пікових навантажень приводить до зменшення генеруємої потужності в об’єднаній енергосистемі України, що призводить до пропорційного зменшення викидів СО2 в атмосферу. A model of electricity consumption management for an enterprise was proposed. It is based on regulating capacities of consumers of technological process by positioning the process to time periods of minimal loads of energy system. The objective function and constraints of technological process were defined. After experimental research of the model implemented on the chemical plant the expediency of such management was proven. It is shown that the reduction of peak loads leads to decrease of generated capacity in integrated power system of Ukraine resulting a proportional reduction of CO2 emissions.Item Аудит тарифів на перевезення пасажирів у міському сполученні(КНТУ, 2009) Давидов, Г. Г.У статті наведено результати аудиторського дослідження загальних зведених показників щодо формування собівартості та тарифу на перевезення пасажирів у міському сполученні, що узагальнені у вигляді зауважень. На основі проведеного аналітичного дослідження розроблено методику аудиту тарифів і доведено необхідність проведення суцільної аудиторської перевірки. In the article the results of public accountant research of the general taken indexes are resulted in relation to forming of prime price and tariff on transportation of passengers in city connection, that are generalized as remarks. On the basis of the conducted analytical research the method of audit of tariffs is developed and the necessity of conducting of continuous public accountant verification is led to.
