З'ясовано, що функціонування логістичної системи управління підприємством вимагає якісного інформаційного забезпечення, оскільки процес управління є послідовність актів прийняття рішень. Враховується досвід зарубіжних провідних підприємств, фірм, компаній, відносно проєктування і стадій розвитку, а також методології впровадження на них модельних логістичних систем. Розглянуто рух матеріальних інформаційних потоків в системі логістичного управління на транспортно-виробничому підприємстві. Виділено сім управлінських функцій та з'ясовано їх зміст, типи систем та програмні продукти. Виявлено негативні та позитивні моменти в діяльності підприємств. З'ясовано адекватність формування інформаційних потоків на транспортному і виробничому підприємстві. Розглянуто типову декомпозицію структури інформаційної системи логістики і сформовані принципи (ефекти) побудови та визначені основні показники. Побудовано організаційну структуру з підсистемами: управління процедурами замовлення; наукові дослідження і зв'язки; підтримка логістичних рішень; генерування вихідних форм і заходів на виділеній системі операцій; побудована функціональна структура логістичної інформаційної системи. З'ясовано питання ролі і призначення інформації в ієрархії логістичних операцій. Запропоновані принципи організації логістичної інформації. Запропоноване удосконалена структура логістичної інформаційної системи на підприємстві та схема руху потоків. The article examines the formation of information and the construction of a logistic information system for effective management of transport and production enterprises on this basis. It was found that the functioning of the logistics management system of the enterprise requires high-quality information support, since the management process is a sequence of decision-making acts. The experience of leading foreign enterprises, firms, companies, in terms of design and stages of development, as well as the methodology of implementing model logistics systems on them, is taken into account. The movement of material information flows in the logistics management system at the transport and production enterprise is considered. Seven management functions are identified and their content, types of systems and software products are clarified. Negative and positive points in the activities of enterprises were identified. The adequacy of the formation of information flows at the transport and production enterprise has been clarified. A typical decomposition of the structure of the logistics information system was considered and the building principles (effects) were formed and the main indicators were determined. An organizational structure was built with subsystems: management of order procedures; scientific research and connections; support of logistics solutions; generation of output forms and measures on the dedicated system of operations; the functional structure of the logistics information system is built. The issue of the role and purpose of information in the hierarchy of logistics operations has been clarified. Proposed principles of logistics information organization. Розглянуто проблеми, які виникають при роботі працівників з інформацією. Досліджені різні типи інформаційних потоків на робочому місці та розроблені методи обчислення часу безперервної роботи з інформаційними потоками цих типів. In social production there is a constant expansion of the range of professions related to information processing. In addition to the emergence of new professions, computer information processing is also being introduced into a number of traditional professions. Therefore, requests to ensure healthy working conditions in such workplaces have led to the emergence of such an area of life safety and health and safety as information hygiene. An urgent task is to study the rules and regulations when working with information in the field of information technology. Problems that arise when working with information include increased intensity of information flows, simultaneous inclusion of multiple information flows, heterogeneity of incoming tasks, or excessive monotony of information flow, ambiguous information, ignorance of the operator regarding information, short deadlines. In addition, the state of the user of information is significantly affected by the emotional color of information, increased density of destructive facts, calls for hostility and violence, negative predictions, covert manipulation and more. The mental burden on the employee who processes information and makes decisions based on it depends on the spread of responsibility and the degree of responsibility, the magnitude of possible losses in making mistakes or making decisions, especially when it comes to significant financial obligations, and even more risk to the state. for human health and life. Due to the expansion of the range of professions related to the interaction of workers with information flows, the introduction of information hygiene as a unit of labor protection is an urgent task. Due to the specifics of working with information as a means and product of labor, it is necessary to study the working conditions of workers in typical IT jobs and the impact of information flows on the well-being and health of people performing different types of work. It is necessary to develop a set of rules and recommendations of information hygiene in the interaction of employees with information. An important task is to determine the types of work associated with intensive information flows and to conduct experimental research to determine the maximum allowable workload of workers in the performance of these works.Item Інформаційне забезпечення функціонування інноваційно-інтегрованих структур(ЦНТУ, 2021) Селіщева, Є. В.; Selishcheva, Ye.У статті розглянуто сучасні підходи до інформаційного забезпечення функціонування інноваційно-інтегрованих структур. Зазначено, що однією з основних проблем, вирішення якої забезпечує виживання та досягнення стратегічних цілей суб’єкта господарювання, є ефективне управління ним. При цьому сам процес управління потребує відповідної системи забезпечення, до якої поряд із підсистемами методологічного, організаційного та управлінського забезпечення входить і інформаційне, яке на сьогодні є найбільш невизначеним. Розглянуто підходи до визначення категорій «інформація» та «інформаційне забезпечення». Підкреслено, що інформаційне забезпечення є лише «знаряддям» для досягнення цілей. Доведено, що інформаційне забезпечення функціонування інноваційно-інтегрованих структур є достатньо складним. Зазначена пріоритетність створення та функціонування інноваційно-інтегрованих структур та досліджено види їх інформаційного забезпечення. The article deals with modern approaches to the information provision of the functioning of innovative and integrated structures. The solution of the tasks set out in the article is carried out with the help of general scientific research methods, namely: analysis, systematization and generalization. The methodological and theoretical basis of the study served as the provisions of economic theory, theory of management, ideas and provisions set forth in scientific works on the problems of information provision of the functioning of innovative and integrated structures. It is noted that one of the main problems, the solution of which ensures survival and achieving the strategic goals of the entity are the effective management of it. At the same time, the management process requires an appropriate provision system, which, along with subsystems of methodological, organizational and managerial, includes information provision, which today is the most uncertain. It is substantiated that for optimal functioning of the entity, information provision should be fully integrated into its activities, and on the other hand - business should continuously experience support from information provision and receive maximum benefits from their use. Consequently, information security is shifted to the center of the enterprise management paradigm. The modern system of management of the entity is characterized by a complex information system, which is associated with the exchange of external and internal information flows, multivariation of types of information that circulates in the management system. Approaches to the definition of categories "Information" and "Information Provision" are considered. It is emphasized that the information provision is only "tools" to achieve the goals. It is proved that the information provision of the functioning of innovative - integrated structures is more complex. The priority of the creation and functioning of innovative and integrated structures and investigates the types of their information provision. It is proved that effective functioning of innovation-integrated structures is possible only in the effective use of adequate information provision, which is an instrument for making managerial decisions at all levels, the strategic resource of innovation-integrated structures.Item Розвиток управлінського обліку запасів в інформаційному забезпеченні інноваційної діяльності(ЦНТУ, 2020) Роєва, О. С.; Roieva, O.; Роева, О. С.В статті висвітлено підходи щодо трактування сутності управлінського обліку, його сприйняття, розуміння та призначення, визначено зміст управлінського обліку запасів. Обґрунтовано авторський підхід до формування концепції управлінського обліку запасів в системі інформаційного забезпечення управління інноваційною діяльністю. Доведено доцільність формування інформаційного масиву даних системи управлінського обліку запасів та подальшого його використання для складання управлінської звітності на основі даних, що акумульовані системою бухгалтерського обліку. Наведено схему організації управлінського обліку запасів на основі трансформації даних бухгалтерського обліку. Запропоновано критерії класифікації запасів в системі управлінського обліку та підходи щодо побудови аналітичних рахунків обліку запасів різного рівня деталізації, що спрямовано на забезпечення інформаційних потреб менеджменту в процесі провадження інноваційної діяльності на підприємстві. The article is devoted to the research of organizational and methodical bases of construction of the administrative account of stocks and definition of its role in information maintenance of innovative activity. Based on the study and systematization of scientific literature and regulations, it is established that management accounting is a system of collecting, analyzing, summarizing and presenting information about the activities of the enterprise and its structural units to management staff to ensure effective enterprise management, adoption of correct and reasonable current, strategic and tactical decisions, as well as planning for further development of the enterprise. It is substantiated that inventory management in information support of innovation is aimed at meeting the needs of users of management reporting in objective planning, actual and forecast information about inventories to ensure the ability to make informed management decisions in the process of innovation. The concept of inventory management developed by the author in the innovation management system defines the purpose and main tasks of such accounting, includes the relevant elements, principles and methods of inventory management, which together forms the organizational and methodological foundations of inventory management. The expediency of forming an information array of data of the management accounting system and its further use for compiling management reporting on the basis of data accumulated by the accounting system is proved. The scheme of organization of inventory management based on the transformation of accounting data is given. Approaches to the classification of stocks in the management accounting system are highlighted, which substantiate the expediency of allocating the following classification groups of stocks: according to the place of stocks in the production cycle; depending on the nomenclature of stocks; in accordance with the centers of responsibility identified at the enterprise; depending on the role that specific stocks play in the process of innovation; by cost centers. Approaches to the construction of analytical accounts of inventory accounting of different levels of detail, which is aimed at ensuring the information needs of management in the process of conducting innovative activities at the enterprise re substantiated. В статье освещены подходы к трактовке сущности управленческого учета, его восприятия, понимания и назначения, определено содержание управленческого учета запасов. Обоснованно авторский подход к формированию концепции управленческого учета запасов в системе информационного обеспечения управления инновационной деятельностью. Доказана целесообразность формирования информационного массива данных системы управленческого учета запасов и дальнейшего его использования для составления управленческой отчетности на основе данных, аккумулированных системой бухгалтерского учета. Приведена схема организации управленческого учета запасов на основе трансформации данных бухгалтерского учета. Предложены критерии классификации запасов в системе управленческого учета и подходы к построению аналитических счетов учета запасов различного уровня детализации, что направлено на обеспечение информационных потребностей менеджмента в процессе осуществления инновационной деятельности на предприятии.Item Інформаційна безпека життєдіяльності людини(ЦНТУ, 2019) Марченко, К. І.The possibilities of using an integrative approach in the process of forming professional knowledge among graduates of higher educational institutions were studied in the article. The categories "information" and "knowledge" have been considered. It is suggested to consider information as a "raw material" for the formation of knowledge, and knowledge as a "quality" that is inherent in a particular individual. It is stated that knowledge is constantly transformed into information and vice versa. It has been determined that the application of an integrative approach has a positive impact on the formation of professional knowledge among university graduates. В статье исследованы возможности использования интегративного подхода в процессе формирования профессиональных знаний выпускников высших учебных заведений. Рассмотрены категории «информация» и «знание». Предложено рассматривать информацию как «сырье» для формирования знаний, а знания - как «качество», которое присуще определенному индивидууму. Отмечено, что постоянно происходит трансформация знания в информацию и наоборот. Определено, что использование интегративного подхода имеет положительное влияние на формирование профессиональных знаний у выпускников высших учебных заведений. На сучасному етапі розвитку соціально-економічних відносин освіта ґрунтується на проблемному підході до змісту професійної підготовки, що обумовлює необхідність розвитку здатності сучасного випускника вищого навчального закладу розв’язувати комплексні завдання. Актуальність проведеного дослідження пов’язана з тим, що в умовах ринкової економіки робоча сила є товаром, і, як будь-який товар, вона підлягає продажу (оренді). Загальновідомо, що будь-який суб’єкт господарювання на ринку прагне отримати максимальний прибуток. Людина також є суб’єктом господарювання, яка прагне продати (здати в оренду) як найдорожче свою працю, вартість якої на ринку безпосередньо пов’язана із фаховими знаннями, вмінням їх використовувати тощо. На сьогодні залишається недостатньо вивченим та потребує подальших досліджень процес формування фахових знань у випускників вищих навчальних закладів в умовах економіки знань за інтегративним підходом. Мета написання статті полягає в обґрунтуванні доцільності формування фахових знань випускників вищих навчальних закладів в умовах економіки знань за інтегративним підходом. Обґрунтовано, що фундаментом для отримання знань людиною є освіта. У процесі навчання заклади освіти надають студенту «інформацію», яка у процесі навчання перетворюється на «знання». Ці «знання» змінюють індивідуума, який починає ними володіти. При цьому інформація є «сировиною» для формування знань, а знання – це «якість», яка притаманна певному індивідууму. Процес набуття знань у вищих навчальних закладах достатньо складний. Саме інтегративний підхід до процесу формування фахових знань дозволить випускнику вищого навчального закладу мати конкурентні переваги на ринку праці в умовах економіки знань. Крім того, сформовані інтегровані знання дозволяють випускнику вищого навчального закладу на протязі всього свого життя оновлювати як отримані знання, так і формувати нові. Перспективи подальших досліджень у даному напрямі пов’язані із побудовою системи параметрів знань та їх зв’язків із метою цілісного підходу до формування фахових компетентностей випускників вищих навчальних закладів.Item Комунікаційні процеси в ефективному управлінні персоналом(КНТУ, 2016) Панченко, В. The aim of this study is to examine the nature of the communication processes and problems of their effectiveness, to identify communication processes impact on the effectiveness of personnel and the possibility of improving communication structures, to substantiate the optimal directions of development of communication strategy in order to enhance the effectiveness of labor. The essence and role of communication processes in the company in the current economic conditions has been investigated, the importance of information and its dissemination mechanism while ensuring the effective using of communication processes have been characterized, the main problems and ways of forming the communication strategy company have been determined, the most common forms of communication interaction have been analyzed. It has been substantiated that there is a direct correlation between well-established communication process and the quality of the structural divisions, individual employee, groups of employees and businesses in general. It has been proved that communication creates favorable conditions for the disclosure of professional and business skills of employees, promotes their creative potential, which in turn improves the effectiveness of labor.
