Item Особливості інноваційної діяльності та впровадження інновацій у виробничу діяльність аграрних підприємств(ЦНТУ, 2018) Запірченко, Л. Д.; Рябоволик, Т. Ф.; Запирченко, Л. Д.; Zapirchenko, L.; Ryabovolik, Т.У статті акцентовано увагу на специфіці формування та перевагах розвитку інноваційних процесів на підприємствах аграрної сфери. Визначено доцільність та необхідність впровадження та реалізації передових інноваційно-технологічних процесів для розвитку агропромислового виробництва та отримання економічного та соціального ефекту. У результаті узагальнення інформації щодо сутності та значення агроінновацій, особливостей їх впровадження в агросекторі, виявлено основні напрями використання інноваційних технологій та чинники, що перешкоджають їх реалізації. На основі дослідження встановлено, що здійснення більш масштабної політики впровадження та реалізації інновацій забезпечить підвищення ефективності функціонування аграрної сфери, а також сприятиме раціональному природокористуванню та підвищенню продуктивності землеробства і тваринництва в умовах обмеженості природних ресурсів. В статье акцентировано внимание на специфике формирования и преимуществах развития инновационных процессов на предприятиях аграрной сферы. Определена целесообразность и необходимость внедрения и реализации передовых инновационно-технологических процессов для развития агропромышленного производства и получения экономического и социального эффекта. В результате обобщения информации о сущности и значении агроинноваций, особенностей их внедрения в агросекторе, выявлены основные направления использования инновационных технологий и факторы, препятствующие их реализации. На основе исследования установлено, что осуществление более масштабной политики внедрения и реализации инноваций обеспечит повышение эффективности функционирования аграрной сферы, а также будет способствовать рациональному природопользованию и повышению производительности земледелия и животноводства в условиях ограниченности природных ресурсов. The article focuses on the specificity of the formation and advantages of the development of innovative processes in the agrarian enterprises. These agrarian enterprises account for almost one third of gross domestic product now. But at the same time, agro-industrial production in Ukraine is lagging behind the European Union for productivity and efficiency. In the paper the attention to the specificity of the forming and advantages of the development of innovative processes at the enterprises of the agrarian sphere is focused. At current stage the almost one third of gross domestic product are created by the agrarian enterprises. The search for such innovative solutions becomes extremely urgent, which would ensure the increasing of the efficiency of the functioning of the agrarian sphere, the rational using of natural resources and the increasing of the productivity of plant growing and animal husbandry in the conditions of limited natural resources. At present time, the constant implementation of the latest developments is the key of the sustainable development of agriculture. The expediency and necessity of introduction and realization of the advanced innovative and technological processes for the development of agro-industrial production and the obtaining of economic and social effect are determined. As a result of generalization of information on the essence and role of agro-innovations, the peculiarities of their implementation in the agrarian sector, the main directions of using the innovative technologies and factors that hinder their implementation are revealed. On the basis of the research of a set of indicators and factors it was found out, that the agricultural enterprises at a low rate make the transfer of innovation to their daily work, which naturally leads to the decreasing the quality of work. This is due to the low level of forming the huge agrarian enterprises and weak integration of farms. As a consequence, there is the inefficiency of using the modern expensive technologies and technical means of production. The using of innovations and technical and technological developments in the agrarian sector will allow increasing the competitive advantages, improving the efficiency of production and economic activity in general, because the agrarian sector in economically developed countries is gradually transforming to the science-intensive industry of production. On the basis of the research, it was found that effectuation of a more extensive policy of implementation and realization of innovations will provide the increasing of the efficiency of the functioning of the agrarian sphere, as well as will promote the rational using of natural resources and the increasing of the productivity of plant growing and animal husbandry in the conditions of limited natural resources.Item Удосконалення системи транспортного обслуговування підприємств агропромислового виробництва(ЦНТУ, 2017) Аулін, В. Дано системний підхід до формування оптимального складу парку автомобільних транспортних засобів і ефективного його використання на підприємствах агропромислового виробництва на основі застосування методів економіко-математичного моделювання і сучасних комп'ютерних технологій. Розроблено економіко-математичну модель визначення оптимального складу вантажного автомобільного транспорту галузевої структури підприємств агропромислового виробництва. Виявлено основні показники роботи транспортних засобів, що залежать від умов, в яких вони використовуються та вплив відповідних коефіцієнтів на ці показники. To develop a system-directed approach to the formation of the optimal composition of the fleet of automobile vehicles and its efficient use at the enterprises of the automobile industry on the basis of application of methods of economic-mathematical modeling and modern computer technologies. The features of the formation of a truck fleet of vehicles of agricultural enterprises are established. The system approach before the formation of the optimal composition of the fleet of motor vehicles and its effective use at the enterprises of agroindustrial production on the basis of application of methods of economic and mathematical modeling and modern computer technologies is given. An economic-mathematical model for determining the optimal composition of freight road transport for the sectoral structure of enterprises of agroindustrial production has been developed. The main performance indicators of vehicles that depend on the conditions in which they are used and the influence of the corresponding coefficients on these indicators are revealed. The results of analytical studies of the functioning of automobile transport in agriculture allowed us to conclude that the developed system approach to the formation of optimal composition and efficient use of vehicles in agricultural enterprises based on the application of the economic-mathematical model and modern computer technologies, due to the multivariance of admissible decisions, on the The fact that existing factors are limited and the ability to find optimum from all permissible solutions ne.
