Наведено та проаналізовано проблемні аспекти організації українського авіаційного транспорту, які потребують вирішення. Надано практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення конкурентоздатності авіаційного транспорту України. В статье исследована деятельность по осуществлению авиационных перевозок в Украине, ее современное состояние и проанализированы основные показатели авиационной деятельности. Приведены и проанализированы проблемные аспекты организации украинского авиационного транспорта, которые требуют решения. Даны практические рекомендации по повышению конкурентоспособности авиационного транспорта Украины. The developed transport system is a guarantee of sustainable economic growth and improvement of interstate relations of Ukraine. Activities of all types of transport are an integral part of the process of becoming a state as an economically independent unit. One of the main problems of the aviation industry is the imperfection of infrastructure, due to the monopolization and closure of the air transport market. The purpose of the article is to analyze the main indicators of aviation activity, the shortcomings and reasons for insufficiently high rates of aviation transportation compared with other modes of transport. The role and tendency of air transport development in Ukraine are determined. Air transportation has advantages in the use for transcontinental passenger transportation, but it is considerably inferior to short-distance transportation, which is clearly illuminated and illustrated in the article. That is why, the reason for the slow growth of volumes of transportation is still the problem of updating the aviation park, the development of airports, which together with the high cost of carriage on the Ukrainian market of airline services and the difficult economic situation in the country leads to disappointing indicators of the industry of air transport. In order to improve the efficiency of air transport, a number of recommended proposals for improving the process of aviation transportation, increasing the competitiveness of domestic carriers and increasing demand for transportation among the population of Ukraine was identified. Improving the efficiency of air transport is to determine how the most efficient use of available resources of each enterprise. Fierce competition in the market of transport services leads to systematic and detailed analysis of its activities, on the basis of which it is necessary to justify the economic evaluation of work. Such detail will enable the timely identification of deficiencies in the work at each stage of the process of transportation of passengers, cargo or mail, to evaluate their consequences, to prevent their appearance and to quickly implement effective measures to eliminate them.Item Оценка деятельности экипажей летательных аппаратов при их подготовке на тренажерных системах(ЦНТУ, 2017) Стенин, А. О.; Stenin, A.; Polshakova, O.; Gumenniy, D.; Stenin, S.Статья посвящена разработке методики и алгоритма оценивания деятельности группы операторов по результатам выполнения упражнений на тренажере. Приведенные в ней результаты дают возможность получить в реальном масштабе времени либо оценки экипажа в целом по режимам и учебным задачам при наличии оценок отдельных членов экипажа, либо оценки каждого члена экипажа по режимам и учебным задачам при наличии оценок экипажа в целом. Стаття присвячена розробленню методики та алгоритму оцінювання діяльності групи операторів за результатами виконання вправ на тренажері. Наведені у ній результати надають можливість отримати у реальному масштабі часу або оцінку екіпажу в цілому за режимами та навчальними завданнями при наявності оцінок окремих членів екіпажу, або оцінок кожного члену екіпажу за режимами та навчальними задачами при наявності оцінок екіпажу в цілому. An effective means to improve the training of operators are automated training systems (ATS). In recent years, ATS in addition to traditional areas, such as aviation, aerospace, marine fleet are finding increasingly wide application in industry, energy and other sectors of the economy. Improvement of operator perfomance is the subject of a number of sciences and, in particular, the theory of ergatic systems. Outlined in this article, the results enable us to obtain real-time estimates of the crew in general, the modes and learning objectives in the presence of ratings of individual members of the crew, or the grades of every crew member on the modes and learning objectives in the presence ratings of the crew as a whole. The results relate not only to the crews of aircraft operators, but also to any group of operators that control complex technical systems.Item Analysis of a passenger mass variation influence on the model of identifying the aircraft takeoff weight and takeoff balance data(КНТУ, 2014) Timoshenko, Anna; Shmelova, Tatiyana; Miroshnitchenko, Mariy; Тимошенко, Анна; Шмелева, Тетяна; Мірошніченко, МаріяThis article provides a new model of the take-off weight and balance of the aircraft determining process, as well as the weight distribution of passengers’ law. These materials allow a simulation of one of the main operations in the preparation for departure process. Зменшити вплив похибок оцінювання ваги та центрівки літака методів завантажувального графіка на результат прийняття рішення про виліт. У статті здійснено визначення змісту технологічних операцій при використанні завантажувального графіка літака для визначення його злітної ваги та центрівки. На цій основі розроблена імітаційна модель технологічного процесу яка дозволить визначити апостеріорні ймовірності прийняття хибного рішення. Доведено, що закон розподілу мас людини наближається до нормального та визначені його параметри. В статті показано, що поява помилок першого та другого роду при прийнятті рішення про можливість вильоту пов’язана перш за все з неточностями виміру первинних параметрів та похибками у графічних побудовах.Item До питання про вплив шуму на людину під час виконання авіаційних хімічних робіт(КНТУ, 2015) Бондарчук, С. В.; Bondarchuk, SvitlanaВ статті розглядаються деякі питання про вплив шуму на людину, як шкідливого фактора, що виникає від повітряних суден та інших механізмів, які використовуються в цивільній авіації. Наведено механізм нормування та стандартні значення показників шуму, показано вплив шуму на органи і системи людини. Надані рекомендації щодо зменшення шкідливої дії шуму на людину. The article deals with the hazard of the influence of aircraft noise on a human. The paper also determines harmful factors which affect the nervous system and discloses mechanisms of determining qualitative and quantitative characteristics of aircraft noise. The article touches upon the issue of analyzing of the consequences that arise while operating of aircraft, assemblies and mechanisms applied in civil aviation, and have a harmful effect not only on aviation personnel but also on people who travel by air and live in settlements near airports. The importance of the problem highlighted in the article is that people's need for air transport will eventually grow, and, therefore, the significance of looking for ways to reduce the impact of harmful factors on human health will increase. The article gives information about mechanisms of determining and rule-making of parameters (standards) of noise figures, depending on the aircraft airborne weight linking them to the place or the measuring points of these parameters. The article presents negative effects of aircraft noise on various human organs, depending on the quantitative characteristics. The paper provides recommendations to reduce harmful effects of noise on a human while operating of the system of air transport.
