Item Аналіз конструкції кузова вантажного транспортного засобу(ЦНТУ, 2023) Хітров, І. У статті наведено аналіз типів кузовів транспортних засобів для вантажних перевезень. Розкрито їх призначення, конструктивні особливості і способи виготовлення. Описано вибір типу кузова для визначеного виду вантажу. Transport is an important component of the unified transport system of our country, which helps to meet the needs of the population and social production in passenger transportation and cargo delivery. Special attention is paid to specialized rolling stock of road transport. The design parameters of modern truck bodies should take into account the defining properties of the transported cargo, operating conditions and special requirements for their transportation. The purpose of the body actually determines the scope of the vehicle (or vice versa). The purpose of this paper is to analyze the bodies of vehicles in terms of their purpose, design, and layout, which are widely used in all sectors of the national economy and must meet the stated requirements. A truck is a vehicle that is designed and equipped for the transportation of goods. It is divided into general purpose, specialized and special purpose. The basis for building a family of trucks is the basic chassis. Since the cargo (products) differ in their properties, certain requirements are imposed on the vehicle body for its transportation, in particular - for sand, gravel - an open body is required; - for cement, animal feed - a closed body with the possibility of constant mixing; - for liquids (food and chemical products) - sealed tanks, in which the liquid should not react with the tank material; - for perishable products - isothermal refrigerators that can be used for cooling or heating; - for building materials, long materials, floor panels, a special frame structure is required. Depending on the body design, it is possible to produce a frame, semi-frame or frameless body. The cross-section of the body is selected for different cargoes based on the need to ensure a lower center of gravity of the cargo, complete unloading of the cargo, and the required structural rigidity. An additional requirement for the design of bodies is compliance with specified thermal properties, which are achieved through the use of insulating materials and a cooling system. Based on the data obtained from the analysis of the body design, taking into account the requirements for the transported cargo and operating conditions, it is possible to develop basic criteria for improving the quality of transportation and selecting rolling stock, both for each individual cargo, transportation in general, and for industry purposes.Item Аналіз конструкції кузова вантажного транспортного засобу(ЦНТУ, 2023) Хітров, І. А.; Limont, А.; Limont, Z.Мета статті полягала в дослідженні і з’ясуванні кількісної зміни об’єму кузова машин для внесення твердих органічних добрив як результативної ознаки залежно від їх габаритних розмірів, як факторіальних ознак. Досліджена і зміна габаритних довжини, ширини та висоти машин залежно від об’єму їх кузова. Об’єм кузова машин та їх габаритна висота є одними з параметрів кузовних машин, які використовують для розрахунку навантажувального забезпечення технологічного процесу внесення твердих органічних добрив. Дослідження і з’ясування відповідних парних зв’язків параметрів машин здійснені з використанням методів кореляційно-регресійного аналізу та стандартних комп’ютерних програм. Зміна об’єму кузова від габаритної довжини машини, об’єму кузова від висоти машин і навпаки габаритних довжини та висоти машин залежно їх об’єму описується прямими з додатними кутовими коефіцієнтами. Зміна об’єму кузова залежно від габаритної ширини машин також описується прямою з додатним кутовим коефіцієнтом, а зміну габаритної ширини машини залежно від об’єму кузова краще описати сповільнено зростаючою степеневою функцією. Опрацьовані модельні лінії прямолінійної регресії більшості результативних ознак на факторіальні і криволінійної регресії габаритної ширини машин на об’єм кузова. Along with other agronomic techniques and measures to increase soil fertility, a significant role belongs to the application of solid organic fertilizers. Among the technical means used to apply such fertilizers, an important place is occupied by body machines. The purpose of the article was to study and clarify the quantitative change in the volume of the body of such machines as a productive feature depending on their dimensions, as factorial features. The change of overall length, width and height of cars depending on the volume of their body is also investigated. The volume of the body of machines and their overall height are one of the parameters of body machines, which are used to calculate the load support of the technological process of solid organic fertilizers. Investigations and elucidation of the corresponding pairwise relationships of machine parameters were performed using correlation-regression analysis methods using standard computer programs. The statistical reconciliation included 47 brands of body machines for the application of solid organic fertilizers produced by enterprises in the former Soviet Union, “KUHN” and “Strautmann”. Empirical distributions of the investigated parameters of body machines for application of solid organic fertilizers are processed. The range of variation of parameters, arithmetic mean values and standard deviations and coefficients of variation of empirical distributions of parameters of these machines are determined. Between the studied resultant and factorial traits, a positive correlation was found with correlation coefficients in the range from 0.523 to 0.893 with correlation ratios of the resultant traits to factorial ones, which took values from 0.611 to 0.899. The closest relationship was found between the volume of the body and the overall length of the cars. The change in body volume from the overall length of the car, body volume from the height of the car and vice versa overall length and height of the car depending on their volume is described by straight lines with positive body coefficients. The change in body volume depending on the overall width of the machine is also described as a straight line with a positive angular factor, and the change in the overall width of the machine depending on the body volume is better described by a slowly increasing power function. The model lines of rectilinear regression of the majority of effective signs on factorial and curvilinear regression of overall width of cars on body volume are developed. If the last change is given by the equation of increasing hyperbola (R2 = 0.311), as a partial case of slowly increasing power function, then the asymptote of the hyperbola can be determined with the estimated maximum overall width of body machines for solid organic fertilizers, which should be 2745 mm.Item Структурний синтез кузова напівпричепа вантажного автомобіля з техніко-економічним обґрунтуванням(ЦНТУ, 2022) Гевко, Ів. О.; Hevko, I.; Rohatynsky, R.; Lyashuk, O.; Levkovich, M.; Teslia, V.У результаті проведеного синтезу кузовів напівпричепів вантажних автомобілів методом морфологічного аналізу з використанням ієрархічного групування отримано прогресивні інженерні рішення по створенню конструкцій з покращеними техніко-економічними характеристиками шляхом аналізу впливу різних факторів на конструктивні особливості. Дані дослідження базуються на основі напружено – деформованому стані (НДС) інженерного аналізу Simulation спеціалізованого програмного комплексу SolidWorks на CAD - моделі кузова напівпричепа вантажного автомобіля. The purpose of the work is to synthesize the bodies of truck semi-trailers by the method of morphological analysis using hierarchical grouping to obtain structures with improved technical and economic characteristics. As a result of the synthesis of truck semi-trailer bodies by morphological analysis using hierarchical grouping and advanced engineering solutions for creating structures with improved technical and economic characteristics by analyzing the influence of various factors on design features. The data of the research are based on the stress - strain state (VAT) of the Simulation engineering analysis of the specialized software complex SolidWorks on the CAD model of the body of the truck semi - trailer. As a result of the conducted research, it was established that the amount of cost savings due to the improvement of the construction of semi-trailer bodies of trucks with standard body dimensions of 2.5×8×1.8 (36 m3) will be approximately UAH 304.5 thousand.
