П.; Shalimov, V.; Guzenko, O.Метою дослідження є вивчення моніторингового сегменту з позиції управлінського циклу фінансової діяльності суб’єктів господарювання в умовах воєнних викликів, з осучасненням змістовності понятійного апарату даного процесу та напрямків покращення його функціонування. Проведені дослідження надали змогу прийти до висновку, що фінансова діяльність суб’єктів господарювання в умовах воєнних викликів призводить до негативного впливу зовнішніх та внутрішніх факторів, які порушують та знижують певний рівень досягнення наміченої результативності. Обґрунтовано, що існує нагальна потреба перегляду існуючих складових циклу управління фінансовою діяльністю суб’єктів господарювання, з метою їх більшої адаптованості та захищеності від впливу воєнних викликів. Для підвищення якісного управління фінансовою діяльністю суб’єктів господарювання доцільним є впровадження моніторингового сегменту, котрий розширить функціональні обов’язки відповідальних осіб та забезпечить більш предметне накопичення інформаційного ресурсу для прийняття управлінських рішень. З цією метою звернуто увагу, на існуючі наукові позиції щодо тлумачення понятійної категорії «моніторинг». Розкрито ключові сегменти, котрі включено для надання характеристики її сутнісного змісту. The purpose of the study is to examine the monitoring segment from the standpoint of the management cycle of financial activity of business entities in the context of war challenges, with the aim of modernizing the content of the conceptual apparatus of this process and the directions for improving its functioning. The conducted research allowed the author to conclude that the financial activities of business entities in the context of war challenges lead to a negative impact of external and internal factors that disrupt and reduce a certain level of achievement of the intended performance. It is substantiated that there is an urgent need to revise the existing components of the cycle of management of financial activities of business entities in order to make them more adaptable and protected from the impact of war challenges. To improve the quality of management of financial activities of business entities, it is advisable to introduce a monitoring segment which will expand the functional responsibilities of responsible persons and ensure a more substantive accumulation of information resources for making management decisions. For this purpose the attention is drawn to the existing scientific positions on the interpretation of the conceptual category “monitoring”. The key segments that included to characterize its essential content are disclosed.Item Про особливості економічної активності і структури зайнятості населення сільської місцевості України(КНТУ, 2013) Зима, Б. В.; Зима, Г. І.; Zima, В.; Zima, G.Проведено аналіз складових зайнятості населення України за секторами економіки і за групами роботодавців - суб’єктів господарювання. Виявлена тенденція до домінування в останні роки неформального сектора у формуванні загального показника зайнятості населення України (порівняно з великими, середніми та малими підприємствами і фізичними особами-підприємцями). Проаналізовані структурні особливості зайнятості у сільському сегменті неформального сектора економіки, особливо підкреслюється вітчизняна специфіка його структури й зайнятості в ньому. Підкреслюється важливість особливого підходу державної політики щодо розвитку й трансформації неформального сектора у сфері сільськогосподарського виробництва з урахуванням кращого вітчизняного й зарубіжного досвіду та відповідних рекомендацій МОП. The analysis of the components of employment of the population of Ukraine by sector and by groups of employers - businesses is given. The tendency of the informal sector dominance in shaping the overall rate of employment in Ukraine (compared to large, medium and small enterprises and individual businessmen) in recent years was identified. The structural features of employment in the agricultural segment of the informal sector of economy, special emphases are on domestic specifics of its structure and employment therein are analyzed. The importance of special treatment of state policy on the development and transformation of the informal sector in agricultural production with taking into account the best domestic and foreign experience and the relevant recommendations of the ILO are emphasized.
