    В статье рассмотрены вопросы прогнозирования и обеспечения надежности сельскохозяйственных культиваторов при возникновении внезапных механических отказов элементов упругих подвесок рабочих органов. При этом учитываются коэффициенты вариации несущей способности и экстремальных нагрузок, ожидаемое число экстремальных нагружений, а также количество упругих элементов в культиваторе. У статті розглянуті питання прогнозування та забезпечення надійності сільськогосподарських культиваторів при виникненні раптових механічних відмов елементів пружних підвісок робочих органів. При цьому враховуються коефіцієнти варіації несучої здатності і екстремальних навантажень, очікуване число екстремальних навантажень, а також кількість пружних елементів в культиваторі. Development and validation of methods to ensure mechanical reliability of the cultivators in case of sudden failures and repeated extreme loading. In the article the questions of prognostication and providing of reliability of agricultural cultivators in case of beginning of sudden mechanical refusals of elements of resilient pendants of working organs are considered. The coefficients of variation of bearing strength and extreme loading, expected number of the extreme loading, and also quantity of resilient elements, in a cultivator are thus taken into account. The revealed regularities of influence of number of working bodies of the cultivator, as well as the level of accidental dispersion multiply the current extreme load on the sufficient magnitude of the safety factor of elastic struts.

    Експериментальні дослідження рівномірності розподілу гранул мінеральних добрив по ширині захвату лапового робочого органа

    В статті наведені результати досліджень пристрою для внутрішньогрунтового внесення гранульованих мінеральних добрив. В результаті проведення експериментів встановлені залежності рівномірності розподілення туків від дальності їх поперечного польоту у підлаповому просторі та кута встановлення лапи грунторозпушувача. Purpose of work is increase the equability of sowing fertilizer in the space under the paw. In this article presents the results of determining the equability of seeding granular fertilizers space under the paw during cultivation. The authors determined the pattern of distribution of granular fertilizers in width paws cultivator for different angles of inclination. Dependences of the coefficient of variation suggest about the efficiency and effectiveness of a new device for dispensing granular fertilizers in the space below paw. When used as a working body of heavy cultivators legs with delight constructive width 33 cm and a slope next 3° to work on heavy soils, maximum equability of distribution of fertilizers in width can be achieved by bypassing the bulk of a 10...11 cm from the longitudinal axis of the working body.
