    Критерії оцінки якості процесу сепарації насіннєвої суміші

    В результаті досліджень запропоновані узагальнюючі критерії якості виконання технологічного процесу сепарації насіннєвого матеріалу. Для технологічного процесу сепарації насіннєвої суміші, в результаті якого фракція компонента безперервно розподіляється вздовж лінії розроблено коефіцієнт розподілу. А для технологічного процесу сепарації, в результаті якого фракція компонента розподіляється дискретно, в якості узагальнюючого критерію прийнято сумарну концентрацію насіння проходу і сходу. В результате исследований предложены обобщающие критерии качества выполнения технологического процесса сепарации семенного материала. Для технологического процесса сепарации семенной смеси, в результате которой фракция компонента непрерывно распределяется вдоль линии разработан коэффициент распределения. А для технологического процесса сепарации, в результате которой фракция компонента распределяется дискретно, в качестве обобщающего критерия принято суммарную концентрацию семян прохода и схода. The breeding and seeding process requires the use of a variety of seed separators that not only purify the seed mixture from organic and inorganic impurities, but also allow the seed material to be grouped according to the physical and mechanical properties and morphological features. To assess the quality of the separation of the seed mixture on separators and seed treatment machines and technical means, it is necessary to use generalizing criteria. The analysis of literary sources showed the absence of a single generalizing and universal criterion for evaluating the quality of the separation process of seed material. Thus, the goal is to develop a generalization criterion for assessing the quality of the separation process of the seed mixture, which allows a comparative evaluation of the work of separators. Fraction of the mixture - a fraction of the seed mixture, obtained as a result of its separation by the specified physical-mechanical or morphological properties. The component fraction is a fraction containing 100% of the component that corresponds to certain physico-mechanical or morphological properties. In this case, the fraction of the mixture may include different fractions of components in different ratios. To the ideal fraction of the mixture is a single fraction of the component. As a result of the research, generalization criteria of the quality of the seed process separation process are proposed. For the technological process of seed separation separation, in which the fraction of the component is continuously distributed along the line, a distribution coefficient is developed. And for the technological process of separation, in which the fraction of the component is distributed discretely, as a generalization criterion, the total concentration of seeds of the passage and east is taken.

    Теоретико-методичні основи оцінювання результативності наукової діяльності в Україні

    В статті проаналізовано нормативно-правове забезпечення оцінки діяльності наукових установ та працівників наукової діяльності. Досліджено підходи та показники, запропоновані науковцями для оцінки результативності наукової діяльності. Розглянуто форми, методи та напрямки оцінювання діяльності наукових установ і результативності наукових досліджень, що використовуються у високорозвинутих країнах світу. Визначено необхідність проведення оцінки наукової діяльності в Україні. With the development of information society, a crucial role is played by knowledge, a growing general public interest in the determination of the performance criteria of scientific research, because rational use of scientific potential and its growth and positioning in the international arena depend on it greatly. That is why the purpose of carrying out this work is a synthesis of existing in Ukraine theoretical and methodological approaches to the evaluation of scientific activity and their comparison with other countries. The article analyzes the regulatory support evaluation of academic institutions and staff research activities. The approaches and indicators proposed by scientists to assess the impact of scientific activities are studied. The Forms, methods and evaluation trends of academic institutions and research performance used in highly developed countries are observed. The necessity of scientific activity evaluati on in Ukraine is defined. Summarizing the research, the following conclusions can be made: in Ukraine there are no optimal methodical approaches or clear criteria, which would give a real assessment of scientific activity effectiveness. The experience of highly developed countries demonstrates the need to create their own performance evaluation methods and performance research activities individually for each country. The use of the same evaluation criteria in Ukraine will allow us to follow the dynamics of the performance indicators of scientific activity that can help define problems, which do not give rational use of the existing scientific potential and prospects of further science development.

    Розглянуто поняття моніторингу кадрового менеджменту та основні етапи проведення, визначено основні моделі та критерії оцінки. Statement of the problem. The proposed research article focuses on the concept of personnel management and monitoring of the main stages of its implementation, the definition of the basic criteria and basic parameters for evaluating the effectiveness of the monitoring system. Review of scientific sources. Many scientists researching the monitoring of enterprises in the works, including: AA Antonjuk, T.V.Bohuslavska, T.A.Burova, I.Ye.Davydovych, S.M.Petrenko, MS Pushkar, V. Polyakov, N.A.Shedyna VG Shcherbako, JP Yakovlev. Although researchers are unanimous in understanding the nature of monitoring as surveillance and parameters given item, there are significant differences regarding the understanding of space monitoring in the management of the company. In particular, monitoring is seen as part of diagnosis, economic analysis, information system, control functions, system management decisions. In addition, there is controversy over monitoring tool, the time range of his character, the criteria for making. Results. Efficient operations of the company , in turn, depends on the level of adaptation to the environment, agility and flexibility of its structure and ability to innovate. One of these innovations today are systems that perform various control and monitoring functions that allow evaluation of personnel. The results showed that monitoring - a type of administrative activity that provides surveillance , parameters and characteristics of a particular object in order to create an information base for his behavior and make informed management decisions. The use of monitoring personnel in modern enterprises contributes to the development of innovative processes that affect the entire social infrastructure: the changing management styles , organizational models of collaboration, the requirements for the nature and culture of labor, material and moral aspects of motivation, corporate social climate. To obtain more complete information and its effective use of monitoring facilities for specifying the areas of business, namely the scope of logistics, production, finance, marketing, product scope. Conclusions. Thus, monitoring forms prerequisites for quality management processes at all levels, and promotes information providing system support management decisions. Despite the need for objective monitoring of personnel management, are still unresolved problems from the standpoint of its place of business management process , methodological and methodical maintenance monitoring.

    Рейтингові системи ранжування вищих навчальних закладів: українські та світові методики

    У статті охарактеризовано концептуальні засади методології проведення ранжування вищих начальних закладів відповідно до українських та світових рейтингових систем. Розкрито вплив рейтингових систем на поведінку абітурієнтів при виборі вищого навачльного закладу. Проаналізовано методики проведення українських рейтингів, виділено найбільш популярні з них та представлено лідерів національних рейтингів. Виокремлено світові рейтингові методики ранжування вищих навачльних закладів та позиції українських університетів в них. Крім того, проаналізовано нову рейтингову багатовимірну систему U-Multirank. The main aim of this article is to analyze the methodology of ranking of the higher education institutions by using the international and Ukrainian rating systems. The article describes the conceptual bases of methodology of the realization the ranking of higher education institutions according to Ukrainian and international rating systems. The influence of rating systems on the behavior of applicants in choosing the higher education institution are uncovered. The methodologies of Ukrainian rankings are analyzed, the most popular of them are selected, the leaders of national ratings are represented. The methodologies of the international ranking of the higher education institutions universities and the position of Ukrainian universities in them are distinguished. Additionally, the new multivariate rating system as U-Multirank is explored. It was proved, that the rating "TOP-200 Ukraine" highlights the actual indicators such as the number of teachers, foreign students and others, while the rating of "Compass reflects an assessment of the higher education institution by the graduates and employers in terms of conformity of the level of educational services to the needs of the labor market, that is more objective assessment. Moreover, it was defined, that the unifying the indicators for international methods are: the number of articles. which are published in relevant international journals; the level of citation and also the share of the foreign students and teachers.
