Item Розвиток інвестиційної діяльності міста(ЦНТУ, 2022) Труніна, І. М.; Чумакова, А. Г.; Trunina, I.; Chumakova, A.В статті розглядається суть інвестиційної діяльності та її вплив на розвиток міста. Наголошується на актуальності посилення притоку інвестицій шляхом створення сприятливих умов для розвитку зеленого туризму. У данному дослідженні були використані напрацювання зарубіжних та вітчизняних вчених та світові практики функціонування зеленого туризму, як невід’ємної частини привабливості міста серед інвесторів. Встановлено, що сільський зелений туризм на сьогодні є одним із перспективних напрямків розвитку туристичної індустрії зарубіжних країн, стрімкий розвиток якого в останній рік зумовлений карантинними обмеженнями. Він поєднує широкий спектр різноманітних видів туризму, заснованих на використанні природних ресурсів. Виявлено, що прискорений розвиток зеленого туризму може відіграти роль каталізатора інвестицій у регіон та країну в цілому. Предметом дослідження є комплекс теоретико-методологічних та практичних аспектів підвищення ефективності розвитку зеленого туризму в бізнес-середовищі. Метою даної роботи є обґрунтування теоретико-методологічних підходів та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо розвитку зеленого туризму в Україні, збільшення надходження інвестицій та аналіз визнаних у світі інструментів стимулювання розвитку зеленого туризму в світі. Запропоновані інструменти стимулювання сприятимуть забезпеченню належного рівня інвестування в регіони України та поступовій екологізації технологічних процесів відповідно до міжнародних екологічних вимог, що призведе до автоматичного підвищення активності та ефективності екологічно орієнтованої інноваційної діяльності підприємств країни. Проаналізовано стан зеленого туризму в Україні та європейських країнах. В роботі висвітлені негативні та позитивні сторони сучасного зеленого туризму в Україні та сформовані рекомендації для розвитку даної сфери та підвищення рівня її привабливості для зарубіжних та вітчизняних інвесторів (на прикладі Полтавського регіону). Отриманий результат дозволить більш системно та якісно впроваджувати «озеленення» в міста України. The article examines the essence of investment activity and its impact on the development of the city. The relevance of increasing the inflow of investments by creating favorable conditions for the development of green tourism is emphasized. This study used the findings of foreign and domestic scientists and global practices of green tourism functioning as an integral part of the city’s attractiveness among investors. It has been established that rural green tourism is currently one of the promising areas of development of the tourism industry of foreign countries, the rapid development of which in the last year is due to quarantine restrictions. It combines a wide range of different types of tourism based on the use of natural resources. It was found that the accelerated development of green tourism can play the role of a catalyst for investments in the region and the country as a whole. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of increasing the effectiveness of the development of green tourism in the business environment. The purpose of this work is to substantiate theoretical and methodological approaches and develop practical recommendations for the development of green tourism in Ukraine, increase investment income, and analyze internationally recognized tools for stimulating the development of green tourism in the world. The proposed incentive tools will contribute to ensuring the appropriate level of investment in the regions of Ukraine and the gradual greening of technological processes in accordance with international environmental requirements, which will lead to an automatic increase in the activity and efficiency of environmentally oriented innovative activities of the country’s enterprises. The state of green tourism in Ukraine and European countries is analyzed. The work highlights the negative and positive sides of modern green tourism in Ukraine and describes the main recommendations for the development of this area and increasing its level of attractiveness for foreign and domestic investors (on the example of the Poltava region). The obtained result will allow more systematic and qualitative implementation of «greening» in the cities of Ukraine.Item Стимулювання розвитку «озеленення» промисловості України(ЦНТУ, 2021) Шелудько, Е. Ю.; Sheludko, E.; Zavgorodnia, M.В роботі наголошується на актуальності «зеленого» стимулювання в руслі кліматичних викликів, ощадного використання природних ресурсів, а також необхідності імплементації міжнародних вимог. Дослідження увібрало напрацювання зарубіжних вчених, оцінки міжнародних рейтингів та передові світові практики впровадження сучасних економічних механізмів державного стимулювання «озеленення» економіки. Простежена різниця у впровадженні еко-інновацій в Україні та європейських країнах. В роботі проаналізовано форми міжнародної допомоги, які можуть компенсувати недостатність доступних ресурсів. Отриманий результат – сукупність можливих інструментів – надає змогу більш системно впроваджувати «озеленення» промисловості України. The object of this study is the further development of eco-innovations for the rise of industry and the economy. Emphasis is placed on the growing relevance of "green" incentives in line with climate challenges, the economical use of natural resources, as well as the need for a systematic vision of environmental issues and the implementation of international requirements. The study is based on the work of foreign scientists, international rankings and world best practices for the introduction of modern economic mechanisms of state incentives for greening the economy, green modernization, the transition to a circular model of the economy. There is a difference in the implementation of environmental policy - some local projects in Ukraine and the European approach - with the assessment of ecoinnovation, systemic change, the formation of ecosystems, scaling technological solutions. The main methods used in the study are: methods of system-structural analysis, analysis and synthesis, grouping - for preliminary analysis and selection of appropriate tools in the study of the implementation of eco-innovation in Ukraine and EU countries; index valuation method and method of comparative analysis - used in the analysis of public policy to stimulate the company to "green" growth; abstract-logical method - used to establish the relationship between the need to introduce new instruments of public policy in the environmental sphere with elements of large-scale reform in the context of climate modernization of industry and to form a systematic vision of major achievements in implementing international requirements for eco-modernization of industrial enterprises. The paper analyzes the forms of international assistance that can compensate for the lack of available financial resources for the purposes of green modernization of the economy in conditions of limited financial capabilities of the state, intensification of competition for European and international environmental investments. The obtained result - a set of possible tools to stimulate Ukrainian industry - allows more systematic implementation of "greening" of Ukrainian industry, and their implementation and combination in a specific mechanism will determine the success of an industrial socially-oriented economy.
