    Розглянуто сучасний стан розвитку землеробської механіки та в цілому агроінженерної науки і сільськогосподарського машинобудування. Визначені основні перспективи виходу з кризового становища країни у напрямках проведення фундаментальних та прикладних наукових досліджень сучасного рівня, проектних і конструкторських розробок по створенню сільськогосподарської техніки, яка б відповідала кращим світовим аналогам. The article discloses problems in the development of agricultural mechanics in present-day conditions of Ukraine. The situation in the development of agricultural mechanics, agro-engineering science and agricultural machine building on the whole was analysed. The problems which interfere with national agricultural production to have high competitiveness, machine-building in particular, were grounded. Special attention was given to integration processes “science-production”. The low level of scientific research during last years and absence of its orientation which is connected with the absence of interest from the side of producers towards scientific and research work were noted. The main prospects in overcoming crisis in Ukraine in the directions of carrying out fundamental and applied scientific research at modern level, project and design development in construction of agricultural machines which correspond to best world analogues were defined.

    Дослідження впливу компонувальної схеми та діапазону зміни довжини кінематичних ланок на просторові рухові характеристики гексаподів

    В статті розглянуто вплив конструктивних параметрів (компонувальної схеми та діапазону зміни довжини кінематичних ланок) на розміри та об‘єм робочого простору верстата-гексапода. Use parallel kinematics machine tools is one of problems solving expanding functional capabilities of machine tools. Hexapod is one of that machine tools. Determining the most efficient design parameters of the hexapod main elements is an urgent problem. The results of previous theoretical research determined that the design of hexapod and length of struts and their movements influence the geometric characteristics hexapod workspace. Modeling workspace for different layouts of hexapod and obtained graphic dependences between workspace parameters and lengths of kinematic links. The article considers the influence of the design parameters (lyout of the machine and changing the length of the range of struts) on the shape, size and volume of the working space of the hexapod machine-tool and determine the most efficient execution heksapodiv options depending on their functionality.

    Інноваційна складова розвитку трудового потенціалу машинобудівної галузі України

    В статті розглядається сучасний стан інноваційного розвитку трудового потенціалу машинобудування України, виділено основні причини, що його стримують та запропоновано шляхи щодо їх усунення. The development of innovative activity of labour potential of engineer of Ukraine is a topical issue at the regional and national levels . The aim of the article is a research of innovative development of labour potential of engineer, determination of the problems that hinder its development and creation a practical recommendations for strengthening positions of industry on internal and external markets . In the article the dynamics of innovation active enterprises of machine-building industry in recent years was analysed and singled out companies that were involved in organizational innovation. During research was revealed that the labour potential of engineering industry in Ukraine is quite high. This is evidenced by the number of high technologies and innovations created in the industry. However, it was concluded some certain reasons that restrain innovative development of the labour potential of industry. As a result of research, the article proposes ways to their removal.
