С.Стаття присвячена вивченню сучасних тенденцій функціонування та розвитку вищої освіти в умовах цифровізації та глобалізації світового освітнього простору. Проведено порівняльний аналіз позицій України та інших країн світу за станом розвитку вищої освіти відповідно до даних Глобального інноваційного індексу, а також за рівнем якості підготовки випускників закладів вищої освіти відповідно до даних Індексу глобальної конкурентоспроможності. Досліджено динаміку підготовки здобувачів у закладах вищої освіти України та наведено рейтинг регіонів України за чисельністю осіб, які здобувають вищу освіту. Охарактеризовано основні складові поліпшення функціонування вищої освіти України, а саме: підвищення ефективності фінансового забезпечення вищої освіти, якості вищої освіти, удосконалення інформаційного забезпечення в умовах цифровізації та глобалізації освітнього простору тощо. Обґрунтовано шляхи подальшого розвитку вітчизняних закладів вищої освіти. The paper is devoted to the study of current trends in the functioning and development of higher education in the context of globalization and digitalization. A comparative analysis of the positions of Ukraine and other countries in the development of higher education according to the Global Innovation Index, as well as the level of quality of training of educational institutions graduates according to the Global Competitiveness Index. The dynamics of training of applicants in higher education institutions of Ukraine is studied and the rating of the regions of Ukraine by the number of persons receiving higher education is given. The main components of improving the functioning of the higher education system of Ukraine are described, including financial support, quality of training of applicants, information support in the conditions of digitalization, etc. The ways to intensify the development of domestic higher education institutions are substantiated. In the sphere of financing, it is advisable to study and implement the best world experience in the field of diversification of funding sources, optimal use of financial resources, the introduction of transparent procedures for evaluating the performance of higher education institutions. Emphasis is placed on the need to improve the quality, accessibility and practical orientation of educational services, promote the development of information culture and skills of using of modern information and communication technologies. It is important to intensify the participation of domestic higher education institutions in international projects, grants and programs, as well as to develop cooperation between key stakeholders in improving the quality of higher education. It is necessary to form on the basis of higher education institutions powerful research centers capable to provide expert, informational and analytical services to customers. Статья посвящена изучению современных тенденций функционирования и развития высшего образования в условиях цифровизации и глобализации мирового образовательного пространства. Проведен сравнительный анализ позиций Украины и других стран мира по состоянию развития высшего образования в соответствии с данными Глобального инновационного индекса, а также по уровню качества подготовки выпускников учебных заведений согласно данных Индекса глобальной конкурентоспособности. Исследована динамика подготовки соискателей в учреждениях высшего образования Украины и приведен рейтинг регионов Украины по численности лиц, получающих высшее образование. Охарактеризованы основные составляющие улучшения функционирования высшего образования Украины, а именно, повышение эффективности финансового обеспечения высшего образования, качества высшего образования, совершенствование информационного обеспечения в условиях цифровизации и глобализации образовательного пространства и другие. Обоснованы пути дальнейшего развития отечественных высших учебных заведений.Item Інструменти фінансового забезпечення діяльності підприємств житлово-комунального господарства(ЦНТУ, 2017) Коцюрба, О. Ю.; Kotsiurba, О.У статті обґрунтовано, що у зв’язку з критичним станом житлово-комунального господарства України, проблема фінансового забезпечення модернізації ЖКГ набуває першочергового значення. Досліджено інструменти фінансового забезпечення діяльності підприємств ЖКГ. Визначено переваги і недоліки їх застосування житлово-комунальними підприємствами та можливості комбінаторного використання при формуванні механізму фінансового забезпечення діяльності підприємств ЖКГ. The article notes that, in view of the critical state of the housing and communal services of Ukraine, the financial support’ problem of the housing and communal services’ modernization has become a priority. In terms of financial decentralization, amount of funding of the housing and communal services from the state budget significantly decreased. It actualized the search of new housing and utilities enterprises financial support formation instruments, which must carry out considering the optimal structure of financial resources. Instruments, that provide an increase in the company's own financial resources, are corporatization, outsourcing, venture financing. Instruments, that provide an increase in the borrowed financial resources, are forfaiting, factoring, credit financing. Public-private partnerships and project financing provide increment of attracted financial resources. Benefits and drawbacks of each instrument have been determined. ɇousing and utilities enterprises financial support formation instruments are closely correlated with its forms or sources of funding as directions of resources origin. The ability to combinatorial use of the financial support instruments enables the formation of the effective financial support mechanism by improving the financial resources’ mobilization process, which will help solve the problem of shortage.Item United states corporate research : University of North Texas experience(КНТУ, 2013) Volchanskyy, О. На основі дослідження головних елементів сформовано систему фінансового забезпечення впровадження технологій управління в діяльності банку. Особлива увага приділена методам фінансового зебезпечення з виокремленням переваг та недоліків задля визначення доцільності їх використання банківськими установами. The concept of «financial security» was analyzed and copyright variations of definitions have been provided by the author. The system of financial support for technology implementation management in the bank's activities was formed based on the study of the main elements of the system. Special attention was paid to the methods of financial support with the allocation of advantages and disadvantages to determine the feasibility of their using in banks. The aim of the article is formation the system of financial security of management technologies of a commercial bank in view of modern features of economic development. The first step is to create the system of financial security of management technologies in banking activities, which will provide the completeness, timeliness and continuity of management processes that ensure the efficiency of individual commercial bank and sustainable development of the banking system as a whole. We propose to define the financial support as a set of economic relations that relating to the involvement and use of financial resources for the implementation of defined goals. In our study, this goal is the introduction of technology management of the commercial bank. In our study, this goal is the introduction of management technologies of a commercial bank. The system of financial security of management technologies, which has a clear structure and elemental composition. In such a system we should take into account such components as the principles, objectives, functions, methods, consistency and result.
