Item Організація і взаємодія держави, бізнесу та науки в контексті активізації інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності підприємств харчової промисловості(ЦНТУ, 2020) Савицький, Е. Э.Стаття присвячена аналізу чинної організації і взаємодії держави, бізнесу та науки в контексті активізації процесів інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності підприємств харчової промисловості, а також обґрунтуванню наявних проблеми на шляху активізації інноваційно-інвестиційних перетворень і розробці напрямів покращення такої взаємодії в контексті інноваційно-інвестиційної політики держави. Доведена необхідність удосконалення і доповнення наявних форм і методів організації і взаємодії держави, бізнесу та науки, зокрема налагодження зв’язків українських інноваторів у галузі харчової промисловості з усіма стейкхолдерами (представниками бізнесу та держави), потенційно зацікавленими у комерціалізації їхніх інновацій і розширенні ринків збуту. Запропоновано різні форми бюджетного і позабюджетного фінансування інноваційної діяльності підприємств харчової промисловості. Визначено актуальним запровадження моніторингу запиту бізнесу на інноваційні розв’язання наявних проблем, започаткування стартапів зі створення елементів інноваційної інфраструктури та їх поширення на всі регіони України, а також сприяння поінформованості науковців та підприємців про різні етапи та учасників інноваційного процесу. The article is devoted to analysing of the current organization and interaction of the state, business and science in the context of intensification of processes of innovation and investment activities of food industry enterprises, as well as substantiation of existing problems on the way of intensification of innovation and investment transformations and development of directions to improvement of such interaction in the context of innovation and investment policy of the state. The author proves the need to improve and supplement existing forms and methods of organization and interaction of the state, business and science, in particular to establish links between Ukrainian innovators in the food industry with all stakeholders (business and government) potentially interested in commercializing their innovations and expansion of markets. The article proposes various forms of budgetary and extra-budgetary financing of innovative activity of food industry enterprises. The introduction of monitoring the business demand for innovative solutions to existing problems, launching startups to create elements of innovation infrastructure and their dissemination to all regions of Ukraine, as well as promoting awareness of scientists and entrepreneurs about the various stages and participants in the innovation process. The obtained results can be used in further research in substantiating effective forms of interaction between government, business and science, expanding the horizons of their impact in the context of innovation and investment activities of food industry, in developing recommendations for state, regional and local authorities, food industry enterprises. Статья посвящена анализу действующей организации и взаимодействия государства, бизнеса и науки в контексте активизации процессов инновационно-инвестиционной деятельности предприятий пищевой промышленности, а также обоснованию имеющихся проблем на пути активизации инновационно-инвестиционных преобразований и разработке направлений улучшения такого взаимодействия в контексте инновационно-инвестиционной политики государства. Доказана необходимость усовершенствования и дополнения имеющихся форм и методов организации и взаимодействия государства, бизнеса и науки, в частности налаживание связей украинских инноваторов в области пищевой промышленности со всеми стейкхолдерами (представителями бизнеса и государства), потенциально заинтересованными в коммерциализации их инноваций и расширении рынков сбыта. Предложены различные формы бюджетного и внебюджетного финансирования инновационной деятельности предприятий пищевой промышленности. Определено как актуальное внедрение мониторинга запроса бизнеса на инновационные решения имеющихся проблем, начало стартапов по созданию элементов инновационной инфраструктуры и их распространение на все регионы Украины, а также содействие осведомленности ученых и предпринимателей о различных этапах и участниках инновационного процесса.Item Аналіз використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій на підприємствах харчової промисловості регіону(КНТУ, 2013) Волот, О. Defined the real situation and the analysis of information and communication technologies in the food industry Chernihiv region identified negative factors that create barriers to the implementation and effective use of ICT. In most regions of the country the largest share of sales of industrial products is concentrated in the processing industry, mostly manufacturing of food, beverages and tobacco products. Successful business activity food complex as a leading component of regional economic systems provides the implementation of related measures of organizational, technical, economic, legal, informational and administrative nature. Among them, an important place is the use of information and communication technologies. Revealed positive trends in information provision in managing food enterprises in the region, as well as problems of further modernization due to the influence of modern trends in information technology, lack of adapted systems to enhance the integration process, the inadequacy of needs technical program and staff components of active management.Item Ключові засади формування вертикально-інтегрованих структур у харчовій галузі(КНТУ, 2015) Станіславик, О. Досліджено процес еволюції теорії й практики інтеграції у харчовій галузі. Досліджено специфічні особливості сучасних інтеграційних процесів, що відбуваються в продовольчій сфері. Представлено аналіз позитивних та негативних сторін вертикальної інтеграції. Зроблено висновок щодо пріоритетності розвитку агропромислової інтеграції. The purpose of the article is to study the key bases of formation of vertically integrated structures in the food industry terms and agro features vertical integration in modern conditions of social and economic development of the country. Types of corporate integration, conditions and factors of vertical integration were considered in the article. The process of evolution of the integration of theory and practice in the food industry was investigated. Specific features of modern integration processes that taking place in the food sector were examined. The analysis of the positive and negative aspects of vertical integration was introduced in our research. We have proved the necessity, feasibility and priority of agro-industrial integration. It has been proven that the formation and operation of food systems is a phenomenon that requires attention from the state, the wording of the official position of the state on this phenomenon and development of appropriate policy regulation of agro-food units. It requires the further research of theoretical and practical issues in this area.
