    Теоретико-методологічне забезпечення імплементації інтеграційної стратегії корпоративного розвитку акціонерного товариства

    На основі співвіднесення процесів корпоративного розвитку та розвитку корпорації в цілому, визначено особливості розробки та реалізації інтеграційної стратегії акціонерного товариства. Представлена змістовна ідентифікація та визначено місце даної стратегії в системі стратегій корпоративного інтеграційного об’єднання, що зроблено з урахуванням архітектурної побудови інтегрованої цілісності. Обґрунтовано референтний перелік стратегічних рішень щодо провадження корпоративного інтеграційного процесу і визначено форм їх реалізації в залежності від організаційно- правової форми об’єднання підприємств. The article’s aim reduced to the development of the theoretical and methodological framework of the corporate enterprise's integration processes representation in strategic view. Achieving the article’s aim based on the hypothesis about the necessity and appropriateness of taking in the correlation between the acts of integration and with such a category as development. The features of the joint-stock company integration strategy development and implementation, which based on matching the process of corporate development and development of the corporation as a whole, are determined. The place of such strategy in the system of corporate integration association strategies is determined. The integration strategy content identification obtained by investigation the architectural approach for a corporate structure building. The reference list of strategic decisions to implement the corporate integration process is substantiated. The forms of strategic decisions implementation subordinated to the organizational and legal types of the enterprises association are defined. The management system should for development the integration strategy of enterprise associations or for corporate strategy: determine the principles of candidate’s selection for participating in integration process; establish the criteria of the integration interaction expediency; substantiate the approach to the joint existence of integrated parts; determine the rules for distributing consolidated funds and corporate resources.

    Використання методу генетичного алгоритму щодо визначення партнера для створення корпоративного інтеграційного об’єднання

    Визначено основні поняття методу генетичного алгоритму, схематично відображено процес роботи генетичного алгоритму, виділено перелік основних хромосом, що характеризують акціонерні товариства та корпоративні інтеграційні об’єднання з точки зору привабливості для інтеграції, розглянуто значення генів для проведення генетичного аналізу, сформовано певний перелік оптимальних генів хромосом, що необхідно мати акціонерному товариству. The most widespread integration processes currently purchased in the merger-takeover of joint stock companies. The aim of the study is the theoretical substantiation and development of recommendations regarding the selection of candidates for corporate integration associations on the basis of the method of genetic algorithm. The main idea of the method of genetic algorithm, shows schematically the process of the genetic algorithm that selected a list of the main chromosomes, characterizing the company and corporate integration Association from the point of view of attractiveness for integration, discusses the importance of genes for genetic analysis generated a list of optimal genes chromosomes that there should be a joint-stock company. The result of GA is the definition of HELL that has the best set of genes in the chromosomes to ensure further development of the KIO and the maximization of the objective function. The result will also be better defined set of genes from all (from the JSC and JSC – potential participants of the KIА) KIА chromosomes. Using the method of genetic algorithms for the selection of joint stock companies-candidates for the corporate formation of integration associations is quite effective, allows the use of objective measures for the selection of candidates for education KIА, a large number of candidates and indicators of their activity and, to a certain extent to reduce the risks to an incorrect choice of the integration path of development when wrongly chosen direction of development of the company.
