С.; Khachaturyan, О.В умовах ведення бізнесу, які постійно змінюються, виникає потреба в адаптації існуючих і створенні нових механізмів у логістиці. У роботі виконано огляд моделей, методів і концепцій, які використовуються при управлінні ланцюгами постачання в сучасних умовах. Пропонується умовно розділити моделі та методи логістики на загальнонаукові та спеціальні, котрі використовуються при об’єктному та процесному моделюванні. A study of models and methods of supply chain management was conducted. In an ever changing business conditions, the need has been identified for adapting existing and creating new mechanisms in logical stick. An overview is presented and an analytical assessment of models, methods and concepts used in supply chain management in modern conditions. Generalization of the experience of leading experts made it possible to conditionally divide the models and methods used in logistics into general scientific and special ones.Item Трансформація концепцій логістичного і проєктного менеджменту в контексті цифровізації та євроінтеграції(ЦНТУ, 2023) В’юник, О. Здійснено компаративний аналіз індексу ефективності логістики в Україні порівняно з країнами Європейського Союзу, що дозволило відзначити низькі його значення у нашій державі як в умовах воєнного стану, так і в довоєнний період, а також складових даного індексу (митниця, інфраструктура, міжнародні відправлення, логістична компетентність і рівність, своєчасність, стеження і трасування). The paper is devoted to the essence of logistics, project, logistics and project management. The comparative analysis of the logistics efficiency index was carried out in Ukraine in comparison with the countries of the European Union, which made it possible to note its low values in our country both under martial law and in the pre-war period, as well as the components of this index (customs, infrastructure, international shipments, logistics competence and equality, timeliness, tracking and tracing).Item Особливості управління аграрними підприємствами України в умовах невизначеності та кризової ситуації(ЦНТУ, 2023) Стоноженко, Р. В.; Андрощук, І. О.; Stonozhenko, R.; Androshchuk, I.У статті розглянуто важливість аграрного сектору для розвитку економік країн світу. Визначено роль підприємств агарного комплексу у наповненні ВВП країни, наприклад, у ВВП України частка сільського господарства у структурі ВВП становила 7-8% у 2010-2012 роках та 9-10% у 2020-2021 роках. Розглянуто ключові проблеми аграрного сектору економіки України, серед яких виокремлено такі: втрата виробничого потенціалу земельних площ, нестача робочої сили, недостатній попит, несприятливі погодні умови. Наведено стан замінування території України. Встановлено, що найбільше замінованих територій розташовано на півдні та сході України, значна частина яких наразі окупована та не може бути розмінована.The paper is devoted to the importance of the agricultural sector for the development of the economies of the countries of the world. The role of agrarian enterprises in filling the country's GDP is determined, for example, in the GDP of Ukraine, the share of agriculture in the structure of GDP was 7-8% in 2010-2012 and 9-10% in 2020-2021. The key problems of the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine are considered, among which the following are highlighted: loss of production potential of land areas, labor shortage, insufficient demand, unfavorable weather conditions. The state of mined territory of Ukraine is given. It was determined that the most mined territories are located in the South and East of Ukraine, a large part of which is currently occupied and cannot be demined.Item Оптимізація витрат в логістичних системах(ЦНТУ, 2023) Чорна, О. Висвітлено актуальність і необхідність оптимізації управління логістичними витратами в комплексній системі управління виробничими підприємствами. Визначено сукупність логістичних витрат у загальній собівартості виробничих підприємств України та країн світу. Визначено специфіку відображення логістичних витрат у системі бухгалтерського обліку підприємства. Формування логістичної вартості невіддільне від функціонування логістичної системи підприємства. У процесах оптимізації діяльності компанії логістичні витрати узгоджуються з операційними. Визначення та оцінка з відповідним рівнем деталізації всіх факторів оптимізації логістичних витрат у виробничих компаніях підтверджують основні принципи пошуку резервів зниження та оптимізації логістичних витрат. The article examines the problem of assessing the economic efficiency of logistics systems using simulation models and determines the likely conditions for the application of this method. The relevance and necessity of optimizing the management of logistics costs in the complex management system of production enterprises is highlighted. The set of logistics costs in the total cost of production enterprises of Ukraine and countries of the world is determined. The specifics of displaying logistics costs in the company's accounting system have been determined. The formation of logistics cost is inseparable from the functioning of the enterprise's logistics system. In the process of optimizing the company's activities, logistics costs are coordinated with operational costs. The determination and evaluation with the appropriate level of detail of all factors for optimizing logistics costs in production companies confirm the basic principles of finding reserves for reducing and optimizing logistics costs. The proposed method of reducing logistics costs is really effective for increasing the efficiency of the enterprise. Thanks to the analysis of logistics costs, business management can strategically plan the distribution of products, which allows to avoid unnecessary production costs and maximize production profits in the end. They are aimed at improving service delivery and information dissemination. Therefore, individual clients see the traditional "value" for logistics: short service time, availability and timely delivery. This article examines the supply chain, the goal of which is to deliver a quality product in the shortest possible time, with the lowest costs and in the best possible condition. It is possible to fulfill these requirements only on the basis of small business access to innovative technologies. To implement these technologies, it is advisable for road transport enterprises to use existing management practices, namely: construction of modern infrastructure; provision of preferential leasing conditions to car carriers; solving the issue of obtaining permits, crossing the border, downtime; creation of high-quality digital platforms for information exchange and interaction between transportation market participants. На сьогоднішній день між державами відбувається гостра конкуренція за домінування на світовому ринку надання транспортних послуг, де конкурентні переваги полягають у швидкості, безпеці та ефективності, які безпосередньо залежать від широкого використання інновацій та високих технологій. Рівень інноваційних транспортних технологій відображає та підвищує рівень конкурентоспроможності країни. Інновації в матеріально-технічному забезпеченні підприємств завжди відігравали важливу роль у бізнесі. Вони спрямовані на покращення надання послуг та поширення інформації. Тому індивідуальні клієнти бачать традиційну «цінність» для логістики: короткий термін обслуговування, наявність і своєчасну доставку. У цій статті розглядається ланцюг поставок, метою якого є поставка якісного продукту в найкоротші терміни, з найменшими витратами та в найкращому стані. Виконати ці вимоги можливо лише за умови доступу малого бізнесу до інноваційних технологій. Для реалізації цих технологій підприємствам автомобільного транспорту доцільно використовувати наявні управлінські практики а саме: побудова сучасної інфраструктури; надання автомобільним перевізникам пільгових умов лізингу; вирішення питання отримання дозволів, перетину кордону, простоїв; створення якісних цифрових майданчиків для обміну інформацією і взаємодії між учасниками ринку перевезень. Актуальним є питання єдиного цифрового простору. Сьогодні Мінтранс має розробити платформу, куди можна буде передавати інформацію, на основі якої створюватимуться проїзні документи, відстежуватимуть вантаж і керуватимуть перевізним процесом. Можна стверджувати, що модернізована високотехнологічна транспортна інфраструктура, включаючи розвиток мережі інноваційних логістичних систем обслуговування пасажирів і вантажопереробки, формування інтелектуальних транспортних систем, забезпечить максимальне використання транспортного потенціалу України.Item Автоматизація процесів технічного обслуговування та ремонту річкових суден з використанням методів виробничої логістики(ЦНТУ, 2020) Дакі, О. Розроблено моделі автоматизації процесів технічного обслуговування та ремонту річкових суден з використанням методів виробничої логістики. Комплексна автоматизація виробничих процесів веде до підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства, особливо це позначається на етапі планування і визначення потреб у матеріалах, вузлах, агрегатах як власного виробництва, так і покупних.The article is devoted to the development of models for automation of maintenance and repair of river vessels using the methods of production logistics, as well as to determine the role of production logistics in solving the problem of maintenance and repair of vessels. Achieving this goal contributes to solving a number of problems of modern enterprise management. The research presented in the article is based on the work of domestic and foreign researchers. The production process is a set of interdependent actions of people, means of production and nature, necessary for the manufacture of products. The main component of the production process is the technological process - a set of actions to change and determine the state of the object of labor. Various production processes are carried out at the enterprises. Flow production is a highly efficient method of organizing the production process. Under the conditions of the flow, the production process is carried out in maximum accordance with the principles of its rational organization. In the conditions of crisis phenomena in the domestic economy, the fall of industrial production for ship repair enterprises, the question of replacing scarce and expensive materials for the organization of production, as well as rationing and careful use of existing materials became acute. Comprehensive automation of production processes leads to increased efficiency of the enterprise, especially at the stage of planning and determining the needs for materials, components, units, both own production and purchased. The application of production planning principles is very important for solving a number of problems related to the maintenance and repair of river vessels. Ways to solve this problem lie in the planes: reorientation of procurement in the domestic market; planning own production of scarce and expensive products for production needs; use of scientific methods of material flow organization using the principles of production logistics. В статье рассматривается роль производственной логистики в решении задания технического обслуживания и ремонта судов. Разработаны модели автоматизации процессов технического обслуживания и ремонта речных судов с использованием методов производственной логистики. Комплексная автоматизация производственных процессов ведет к повышению эффективности деятельности предприятия, особенно это отображается на этапе планирования и определения потребностей в материалах, узлах, агрегатах как собственного производства, так и покупных.Item Стратегічні аспекти організації аутсорсингу логістичних функцій маинобудівного підприємства(КНТУ, 2013) Зеленський, М. Reveals the logic of outsourcing logistics functions , acting kind of coordination mechanism, the use of which provides a comprehensive approach to solving various problems in the plane"of the client – outsourcer" by creating values, the best way to satisfy the interests of all participants in the interaction at different stages of the life cycle.
