    У статті розглянуто основні питання та проблеми формування стратегії сталого розвитку вітчизняних машинобудівних підприємств на інноваційних засадах. Висвітлено види стратегій розвитку підприємств, етапи стратегічного планування на підприємстві, сутність традиційної та сучасної моделей взаємодії підприємств та ВНЗ. Розроблено пропозиції щодо активізації співпраці роботодавців та ВНЗ як чинника вдосконалення стратегії розвитку машинобудівних підприємств, The aim of this article is development of suggestions in relation to activation of employers and higher educational institutions collaboration as factor of perfection of machine-building enterprises development strategy. In this article the basic questions and problems of national machine-building enterprises steady development strategy forming on innovative principles are considered. The types of strategies of enterprises development, stages of the strategic planning on an enterprise, essence of traditional and modem models of cooperation of enterprises and higher educational institutions are reflected. Suggestions in relation to activation of collaboration of employers and higher educational institutions as factor of perfection of machine-building enterprises development strategy are made. Thus, the basic directions of activation of employers and higher educational institutions collaboration include such as: strengthening of co-operation of science, education and production; creation of pre-conditions for forming and development of intellectual potential; development and claim of methodology of determination of current and prognostication of perspective requirements in specialists and others.

    Дослідження зовнішньоторговельного напряму діяльності підприємств машинобудівної галузі Хмельниччини

    В статті розглядаються питання обробки статистичних даних, пов’язаних із зовнішньоекономічною торгівлею Хмельниччини, зокрема, машинобудівної галузі. Досліджено зміни у географічній та товарній структурах експортно-імпортних потоків та дано оцінку ступеня внутрішньогалузевої торгівлі на основі індексу Грубеля-Ллойда. Встановлено основні проблеми, що гальмують розвиток галузі регіону. The article deals with the questions concerning the analysis of the up-to-date state of export machine-building potential on the regional level. The main assignment of the investigation was the tendencies identification and the determination of the significant problems, which hinder the development of foreign trade activities of the enterprises in region. The changes in the geographical and product structures of export-import flows are investigated, and the essessment of intra-industry trade level based on the Grubel-Lloyd index is given. The scale and dynamics of total goods sales of the machine-building enterprises of the region are analyzed. The indicator of the foreign trade balance was rather high within all analyzed period of time that is negative phenomenon in terms of the strategic role of machine-building for the development of other industries. The ways to overcome the crisis phenomena in the industry, the means of foreign trade operations activization and the areas of export potential enhancement are proposed. We can conclude about geographical and product structures irrationality, their low diversification and orientation mainly to the customers from CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) and developing countries. In 2013 the first indications of improvement have been showed up, but it is too early now to talk about the crisis consequences overcoming and the stable tendency of export activities development in machine-building.
